The front end staff & housekeeping were very accommodating allowing us to stay an extra hour in our room due to flight issues.

I got the room because of the hot tub. But they didn't say nit was closed until after I paid

Brand new hotel. Great for longer stays. Kitchenette included.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was great with a kitchen. I got a good deal with Hotel.com. But as usual us Alaskans are really nailed in the summer with high prices. Even though we are traveling out of must for medical purposes. We still have to pay extremely high prices. Just wrong.

Several reasons it was an enjoyable stay. First was the people…. So friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the enthusiasm and warmth I was greeted by. Also, how clean and well maintained the property was. All of this begins with great management that establishes the culture. My gratitude for a great property. N/A

Personnel were susper friendly, answered any questions I had, as well as recommended places to visit and local activities to do!!

Shower pressure was low and barely hot. Breakfast in other hotel but not far walk and all inside. Laundry service was convenient and staff were super helpful.

Brand new hotel and fabulous staff. Very friendly. We got a room with a nice kitchen and spacious. Very comfy bed and great breakfast. Will be staying here again.

Property advertises a pool and spa but neither has been operating since they opened. Property is new and clean but bathrooms are all cheep finishes. Tub shower is small with old style curtain
