Motel 6 Anchorage, AK - Midtown

We did not arrive until 2am. They had the shuttle bus pick us up from the airport. They had everything ready for us. Staff was very helpful and professional.

There weren't amenities at the hotel.

Clean with a large bathroom, which surprise us. The airport shuttle to the airport was on time and a great amenity. Only negative - Rooms are not the greatest from being insulated for noise deadening.

Note that the shuttle does NOT say motel 8 but lists other hotels. I missed it the first time. Good am coffee but no other food. There were two small bars of soap in the room but no shampoo. That is available at the check in but you have to ask for it. As they say "We'll keep the lights on for you" but not much more.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, but the beds were small and need to be updated. The room needs work done around the tub.

Convenient and quiet stay, place was tidy, although a little aged. Would definitely stay again.

It was a place to sleep.

Front desk was very helpful.

A good place for a very low price compared to other hotels in the area. Night manager was very welcoming, gave us a great tip on a nearby place to eat (at 11 pm), kept the lobby tidy even with a constant flow of people checking in and out, and made great coffee!

Some things have be remodeled and are better than before however the same old noisy heating/cooling units are still there.

Roma were clean and comfortable the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. His name was Chico. He brought a smile to all of our faces at 6 am and also helped out in a last minute issue with an uber by getting us a cab

It was the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. It's been decades since I've stayed in one, but if they're all like this one I would be more open to staying in them for quick overnight trips.

Budget friendly, no frills. Clean property and rooms, central location, kind, professional staff.

No breakfast. No real amenities. Shuttle bus was a life saver. Busy.

Staff was friendly

Lobby rugs and entire appearance could use updating/cleaning. Room fortunately had laminated floors and looked liked they were recently updated.
