ADA lift chair in pool area not operational. Hot tub not operational. Pool area very dirty. Continental breakfast not as advertised in the photo and dismal at best. The blinds in the room do not darken the room from the lights in the parking lot that could light up a baseball stadium, making it hard for soft sleepers to sleep. The multiple air freshener/ perfume spread around the floors and lobby that sprays from a box irritated a member of my families airway who has asthma. What smell they are trying to cover up I don’t know. In conclusion what was advertised and paid for is not what we received in amenities.

Room was falling apart, stained sheets. Breakfast options were almost nothing besides pancakes and cereal. They were out of laundry detergent, vending machines were out of order, seems like they are cutting corners everywhere. The entire hotel lost power when we were there. Wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t pay the electricity bill. Don’t stay here.

Love the indoor pool and hot tub. Love the size of the room. There was a very strong perfumed scent everywhere; strong enough that my clothes smelled like it when I returned home.

There was stains on the wall by the bed, there was no soap at the sink, the sheets had very minor stains on them otherwise we had food super close, dollar tree super close which I actually needed because I forgot to pack a couple of things, the sleep was terrible because the fan was so loud, breakfast was said to be a mix of hot and continental but all we got was cereal and toast

There was mold on the shower floor, no non-slip mat in the shower floor. Carpet is disgusting and very dirty. I will reach out to the health department in your area.

My tv didn’t work and the paint fumes were horrible

Only issue was those using the pool were very loud,even later in the evening.

Excellent place to stay after a long drive. Located a stone's throw south of Redding, it is an easily recommended place to sleep just off the interstate. The accommodations were refreshing and memorable.

Room smelled weird

They stay was great. Staff was nice and pleasant.

We rented the suite with the jacuzzi tub in the room. The size of the room was good. There were some finishing that needed attention. One of the jets in the tub needs a cover. The jets were very weak. There were ants on the jet tub. There wasn’t a table or desk in the room that we could sit at to eat in be on a laptop. There wasn’t great pressure to the shower and the shower was so slick I was afraid to use conditioner in my hair. We used the indoor pool and hot tub and they were both nice. It wasn’t busy when we used it so that was nice. The pool is pretty large. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We did not see an elevator to the second floor, which isn’t that big of a deal until you are trying to haul all your stuff to or from a car. Would stay in the hotel again but probably will not spring for the expense of the room with the hot tub.

We like the indoor pool however the hours we could use it didn't fit with our schedule. The a/c worked well. It was quiet at night for sleeping. We found 1 bed with soiled sheets our 1st night. Breakfast is extremely slim pickings. The TV has limited options; we found 4 - 6 channels. I

Parking and Staff

That said, the place felt rundown and in need of updating. My room had wallpaper peeling and there was a hole in the wall. The furniture also looked old and was torn, which made the room feel neglected rather than simply “dated.” My biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was very lackluster—bread, a few mini muffins, and old cereal. It didn’t feel fresh or plentiful, and it made the morning experience pretty disappointing. I could hear other guests looking around at the setup and commenting on how limited it felt. Overall, I’d recommend considering whether the location is worth the tradeoff for room condition and breakfast quality, and hopefully the property will improve these areas. For the price we paid, it did not meet the standards.

Our furniture in our room was scratched up by animals really bad we had no shampoo in the shower. The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous almost nonexistent if you’re in a piece of bread and an apple then that’s your place would probably never come here again.

The Matress was over used compared to to other hotels it even had a body dent where people sleep. The breakfast was water down coffee and yogurt, apple as and a plain toast while supplies last
