Clean room and well maintained.

We had such a nice stay! Perfect location, indoor pool was great! What really made this perfect though was the staff at the front! They went above and beyond for us! Shoutout to Melanie and Mia. They made our stay 10/10. So lovely, we will definitely be back!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Super cool layout. Clean and staff was helpful and courteous.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was just a little run down.

It was a good overnight stay. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was not bad at all. The location was very convenient because it was close to the freeway.

We slept in so we missed the breakfast. Next time we will eat breakfast. Uhhh! We liked it all. Customer service with smiles was very nice.

This hotel is in poor condition. Carpets are worn and stained, the breakfast is inadequate, the hot water unexpectedly goes from scalding to cold. The room was of good size, however, the bathroom is very small.According to the front desk person this hotel is in some stage of renovation. There do seem to be a large number of extended stay guests. The hotel is quiet, and the security doors we used all functioned properly. The outlet mall across the street is also going through a renewal phase. There are virtually no major retailers left in it, and the movie theater across the street is closed. We only stayed for one night, as a stopover on a long road trip.

Good overall

Wasn't horrible but would never stay here again. Smells disgusting downstairs upstairs and the rooms. Only upside was the indoor pool

I Loved the In Room Hot Tub!

Breakfast was good for the money. The floor was so dirty my feet were black on the bottom from walking barefoot. You have to put shoes on when getting out of the shower. There was a bug on the sheets at the end of the bed that resembled a bed bug. Had to put a $100 deposit??? down that took a week to get back - after asking about it.

Could not watch any T.V. for the entire length of stay. No steps taken to fix the TV. You could tell it was recently installed, and the installer DID NOT finish the install.

Staff was nice We booked the queen room with the jacuzzi in it and as soon as we turn the jets on black stuff was coming out of them and then the tv wasn’t working the manager I believe came up after I called and tried to fix everything which then couldn’t and I honestly just felt gross afterwards I don’t usually post reviews not bad talk about places but it was my anniversary and it went terribly bad which lead me to just go home

Front desk clerk Shannon was to busy on her personal phone with her friend trying to help look for her dog, that she wasn't helpful with understanding the chargers on my bill. She referred me to call back and speak with a manager... Poor customer service

Comfortable bed, Convient location, staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were clean. Inconvient pool hours, closed too early. Couldn't get the desk chair out from under the desk. Floor wasn't very clean and there was hairs in the shower
