We stayed here 1 night on the way from LA to Seattle. The place was hard to find off the freeway at night and I didn't see any signs with the motel name. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and the property had recently changed from some chain motel. On the day we stayed there was no free breakfast but for the price point I'm not complaining. It's a motel, nothing more, and it was clean and comfortable. We recently had some bad experiences at more expensive hotels in the Redding area, so we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip through the area.

Clean room.

Not enough towels in the room, the staff was not helpful at all. Microwave in the room did not work. The A/C was not strong enough to cool the entire room. There was no breakfast as they were having some maintenance even though the website mentioned breakfast.

Expedia said this hotel had a pool, a hot tub and breakfast included. When we arrived the man behind the counter said there was no pool and no breakfast. He was not friendly about it at all. I asked what about the hot tub and he lost it. He got angry at me for suggesting they even have a hot tub. I tried to be apologetic and said I wasn’t trying to be difficult and I showed him the Expedia listing where it said the hotel had a hot tub. He replied that I was being difficult because difficult customers need to have everything explained to them. He also still seemed mad at me that the property doesn’t have a hot tub. Then he says we can just stay somewhere else. I stayed, mostly because I feel like it irritated him in some way, but I also knew I would still be charged since I booked it through a 3rd party website. Seems like this guy doesn’t want guests at this hotel. Also, the room didn’t have a smoke detector. It didn’t have any amenities at all.

Simple place to stay while on a roadtrip. Spilled some water on the floor. When wiping it up, cloth was black dirty from floor!! Otherwise the beds were fine and unit appeared clean.

Terrible customer service. We have never been treated so disrespectfully. When we checked in to the room we were notified that breakfast was NOT included even though this was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. The front desk man was rude and condescending. Our room was missing hand soap and had cleaning supplies left behind. We brought this up to the same front office man and he replied with “ok, you want to checkout then?” I would stay far away from this hotel! It is on the cheaper side which makes sense for what you get. I can overlook a lot of things and I am far from a picky traveler but this hotel was a complete disappointment.

Fridge didn’t work so our groceries went bad. Television had 6 channels. Extremely loud constant walking stomping back and forth noises upstairs. Thin walls. Front desk guy walked into my room at 9:30am , he knocked while letting himself into my room. Complete invasion of privacy. Never had someone let themselves into my room before I check out. I was creeped out. I pay for the door to stay locked and there was no reason for him to intruded on my personal space. If my boyfriend wasn’t with me I would have wanted to call the cops.

When I first arrived the manager Rudely said “Your check out is tomorrow!” I told him he wasn’t incorrect and he went back forth with me before checking. And then said “yes the following day.”This place does not have breakfast as presented . Very misleading, I booked for the food to be included since I’m there for business. The manager rudely says “NO BREAKFAST” and walks off. Also the manager was very rude several times. Ignoring me and walking off when I told him “the phone rings all day and no answer “ . I doubled book by mistake and immediately tried to cancel one of the reservations . I still was charged an entire day although I was already going to stay there .

Hardly quality No breakfast OK No coffeepot NOT OK Towels very thin Many keycards piling up at door to lobby this morning door locked random number on door to call. He finally came out and retrieved key cards. Refused to print a receipt as had usually been done. Said if I didn’t like my stay I shouldn’t stay there again !!!!!

It was great, we were traveling to the Bay Area from Oregon. We got slowed down by the smoke in the mountains. So we stopped in Anderson and got a good rest.

First when we got there and walked in to check in it took awhile for the man to come out,and my husband has a heart condition so I was trying to get him inside so he could rest.next morning went over to have breakfast that the advertise door was locked with a sign to call man says rudely no breakfast next couple days I told you.No you did not tell us that so we pack up go to check out and he says just leave the key I said I'm. Not in the room he tells me just leave it on the ground outside the office no receipt or anything to prove we checked out the man is very rude we will not stay here again.

There no breakfast as described on the web site. Room does not have coffee or tea. Otherwise, it was a nice place, clean and quiet.

There was no one at the front desk; I had to call a number. They gave me a room that wasn't clean; then they gave me another one that wasn't clean. The phone didn't work and it took a long time for the room to cool down. However, I did have a good night's sleep.

Lots of shops nearby, AC worked, clean beds, good price. Could not connect to wifi, no breakfast even though free breakfast was advertised, remote control for TV did not work, my kids feet were black from walking on the floor. Please mop the floor.

At check out, I told him I couldn't find the wifi network, he said it should be Anderson Inn. I asked him the hotel's name, he said it will be Quality inn.
