Who ever cleans should make sure to dust the crevices of the ceiling and wall. Had cobwebs in the room that I was at. Other than that the staff was very helpful and the rooms were a nice size.
-
It’s the best hotel with the greatest little amenities riverfront great food great service beautiful grounds love staying here I’ll be back.

The property was so gorgeous and well kept! There were fire pits, a huge fountain that wrapped around, hanging lights, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The rooms were soooo spacious and the bed felt like you were sleeping in a cloud. Bonus they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash AND hand soap! Not the gross bar either the expensive stuff that moisturizes skin! 12/10 rating.

Location was great for me
-
A relaxing and unique place to stay! Our room was clean, quiet, and cool with views of the ponds. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. Excellent parking as well.

Stayed here on my way down and back to Valley south of San Francisco. What a great find. Nice rooms, great restaurant associated with the hotel and just great landscaping.

From our initial welcome to our easy checkout after breakfast, the Gaia Hotel gave us a calm respite from the long drive between the Sierras and Southern Oregon. The simple, spacious room, sound of fountains, and affordable rate will make it part of our family travel schedule in future.

Convenient and quiet location - would definitely recommend.

I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here.

Room was very good, although we did have a lot of noise from neighboring rooms….entering/leaving late at night & letting door slam. Bouncing on beds above us. We didn’t call the desk to ask for help with this though, and eventually they calmed down.

This was our second stay. The hotel was busier and employees helpful
-
No soap or shampoo in bathroom. No security rail in shower or bathroom.
-
Easy check-in, Great fitness room. The restaurant that is there serves a great Hamburger. The grounds are impressive, and the Koi Fish in the center pond are huge!

The property and room were beautiful. The restaurant was amazing , but the girls that work in lobby to check you in or help were both extremely rude, did not even say hello when we came in, when we needed help with coffee , instead of helping us the girl just stayed on the computer looking at social media. So we asked if they had more creamer, she said- yeah in that drawer there’s more you can get it’ honestly I’ve never been to any resort, hotel, lodging, etc. where the staff was so unhelpful and would rather play on their phone or be on the computer. Not sure if we’ll come back to this location because of that

It's a little gem and the grounds have been recently upgraded. Nice renovations and improvements. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent, the staff was cordial and friendly.

The reason we chose this hotel is that they advertise walk-in showers coming with every room. Only the accessible (handicapped) rooms are listed with both a walk-in shower and a handicapped-equipped bathtub with two sets of grab bars on their website and the Expedia site. So we booked a regular room and upon arrival found an outdated bathroom with a regular bathtub (no grab bars). When contacting the staff who could clearly see my mobility issues, we were told the showers are only available in some accessible/handicapped rooms and have to be requested in advance (and, of course, those were all booked already for the duration of our two-night stay. Needless to say, the manager was nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury, their AI hospitality agent contacted us right after check-in, and upon getting a low rating and an explanation of the issue, informed us it needs to take care of another guest, never to be heard from again. The only one who came to check in on us during the stay was a pretty large spider next to the toilet.
