Good breakfast We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage but all was locked. Ed had to deposit our hire car almost 2 miles away then walk back into town with our suitcases.

Outdated bathroom and view from the room was awful. Of course the rates are reasonable so it is probably the norm for the area.

The lady on Reception was superb! We had a problem with the Key Card not working and she sorted it out, we had to go back to using a normal key to gain access to the room. The hotel was dated and in a very old and dirty part of the city, run down and we did not feel safe. Very noisy right through the night. The aircon did not work, so it was hot and stuffy.

The hotel was very easy to find, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The private parking was excellent and a great price too. I would stay at this hotel again. There was a shower attachment in the bath but nothing to put it on so had to use it by hand.

Breakfast was excellent, good selection, all very fresh and great staff. Bathroom was tired and could do with a little renovation. Shower was not great.

Right at the entrance of the pedestrian center of Rimini, 150m to the Templio Malatestiana, very modern (this is usual in my stays in Italy) comfortable and easy access place. Found a parking space 50 meters away. Nice restaurant next door.

The bathroom was spacious and the room was also ok. The felt the room is little dark. Some of the furniture was old. For the amount paid for one night we would expect the latest furniture.

Location very good, staff friendly and breakfast was very good The address on the booking.com website was not correct so sat nav didn't recognise it. We had to go on hotel's website to find the street name was not correct. Correct street name is 1 Place Gérard Perot L'eperon
