Warm welcome from Simon who made us feel very much at home and explained everything about visiting Marrakesh. Katty (?) and staff who served us breakfast were delightful and the choice was good. Great coffee. Location in the middle of the medina so walked straight out in to the thick of things- felt very safe and the people charming .Spa on site was an added bonus and the evening Hammam we booked was brilliant The room was a little too small for any longer than a couple of days so we struggled a bit with luggage. There are larger rooms I believe. Bit of a struggle to find the riad especially when you've just arrived but lots of people willing to help and not just for a tip.

Location is excellent, rooms big, warm and very comfortable, exceptionally helpful reception (thank so much to Madeleine on check in) and a food selection for breakfast. And great that the two small dogs able to stay too. For a guest with mobility issues, a ramp for wheelchair access at the front door would be useful. We were allowed use the staff entrance to the garage (much appreciated). The car park is small, so advance booking strongly recommended.
