The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was inadequate The bed.

The hotel weas easy to access and close to train station. A short walk to shopping and histgorical sites. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I could hear neighbours down the hall but they quieted before curfue.

The manager agreed with me to return the amount of the last two nights because I made some changes to my reservations, but I haven't t received the promised amount so far and no one answers my calls

Central location Room AC didn’t work, it was very warm. Opening the window only provided a little help, but the room next door was smoking from the window so the smell came in. It’s near the train station so has the usual drunks and loud noises outside.

Good location, easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Comfortable room, fine for one night but would want a bigger room for longer stay. Rather run down town, needs some TLC. Possibly due to lack of funding from central government??

Location to the train station Room was too warm and there was no control over the aircon/heating unit. Bathroom very small. Bed not very comfortable.

The room price is less compared to other hotels in Angouleme. The room is cleaned everyday. The bathroom is very small, not comfortable for tall and heavy people. They charge around €10 for breakfast and you get only bread items, corn flakes, juices, fruits and coffee. For the price paid, you should also include eggs, baked beans and sausages.
