Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Pastries all seemed old and dry. My room key kept stop working and eventually the staff had to actually walk with me and let me in my room every time as theirs was only card that would work ...not convenient at all.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city, near everything. The hotel is well-maintained and the breakfast is wonderful. I had a spacious room with a view of the city. I'll go back when I return to Ankara. I had a very early flight and could not eat breakfast. The hotel does not provide a takeaway, small package for those unique instances. It's an extra charge which should be complimentary.

Great location, very clean and modern. During my 3 days stay the wi-fi only worked for about 30 minutes. I told the front desk every day and they said they were aware and working on it with the provider. Not acceptable. Most of the front desk staff was not welcoming/friendly at all.

Very clean nice big room with all facilities. Very good air conditioner. Near to city center there are many restaurants, Malls and bazar around. Polite cooperative staff. Negative points: 1) in all rooms & floors there is a very bad smell of smoking even my room, there must be a non smoking room. 2) The reception allows prostitution to enter the rooms with a fee of 1000 turkush lire. This situation must be prohibited.
