Electronic key card didn’t work for 2 days.

Lovely view, good spread at breakfast, and nice staff The parking situation is not great. It took us a long time to get a spot in the supposedly "reserved" spots for the hotel. And then because we got the last actual spot, someone parked behind us. We were trying to leave in a hurry in the morning, and that took some time to resolve.

We didn't have roomservice during 3 days staying, the breakfast was so simple ,the boiled eggs werent cooked well ,and there were no othere choices you need to order with extra charge, the staff dont know English

We were there for only 1night. Cut the drive from Sile to Cappadocia. Good location Beds were a little uncomfortable. Our air conditioning was broken down and was a little hot. We didn’t complain though as we were there for only one night

Breakfast was good and had variety of options. The staff were incredible and their level of hospitality exceeded our expectation . Room was spacious and comfy. Nothing.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was nice and hot in the shower. Even though the reception did not speak much English he understood everything that we needed. The lady's working in the dining room for breakfast do an amazing job.

The staff was so nice with me all the time ! Maybe explain in english that breakfast is at the 5th floor now :)

The location was very good. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We could hear the people in the next room talking.
