Staff very rude..barely speak english. My curtain fell..he refused to fix it n offered to change my room instead.. The fridge wasnt working..he changed my room 4 that. I would never ever reserve there

The location was fine The rooms were small in the first room allocated to me the heater was not working and that day it was cold in Ankara...they changed my room...the rooms were tiny little cubby holes....dark and barely had space to move...

Location was great! Bed was a little hard and rooms are relatively small. But every is clean and staff are helpful

The receptionists were always willing to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The selection of hot food for breakfast was not varied. The water drain in the shower was clogged. The lights in the bathroom were weak especially by the mirror.

The hotel is amazing! Elegant and comfortable with a very helpful staff and very well located in a safe and well connected area. The hotel is close to Demiretepe bus station and Kizilay Metro station. The room was just as advertised in the pictures and had all I needed for my stay. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. I can’t wait to stay here again when I come back to Ankara.

Location, staff, rooms There were no room keys and the staff opened the room for us each time. Its not comfortable. We bought a twin room but we stayed double room. Towels cleaned but very damaged and old.

Great Location Staff WiFi was not good! There was no plastic Slipper in the Bathroom. I was one person but the room was definitely small for two persons.
