They didn’t turn the ac on and we are feeling so hot and we complained multiple times but there was no fix

Location was so so great, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, also a nice museum for children Cin Ali. We wanted to stay in the same floor with our friends as we told when we did the reservation, they said Ok when we arrived. But after check in unfortunately, they didn’t give the rooms in the same floor. It was just a small problem for our children. But the hotel was so nice that we forget this and had a nice stay for 2 days.

I had a great experience staying at Aldino. I was not afraid to walk around at night; the neighborhood is vibrant, and there are many nice restaurants around. The breakfast had a nice variety that catered to different tastes. The staff were friendly, particularly Yussuf Bek at the reception. Some guests were so noisy late at night, standing and talking loudly in the corridor when people wanted to sleep.

The convenience The loud music and noise from the pub underneath (minister) and the noisy party the hotel organized during the weekend it was loud and the guests were rude.. the stayed up until three am in the morning shouting and partying at the hotel corridor.. we hardly slept for two nights in a row

I have seated for a month so I’ve see the good the bad and the ugly.. but the staff are friendly and the room is decent the location is perfect The noise and the loud music and sometimes there bathrooms smell

In general hotel is not 4 4-star hotel. In check, they told us that the spa is not included, they are separate from the hotel, and we need to pay additional if we would like to use the spa! Normally, we booked a hotel because of the spa facilities. and spa working hours were 2 PM and 8 pm, which wasn't ok for u,s and we couldnt use spa facilities

The front desk staff, especially Yusuf, was incredibly professional and helpful. He efficiently handled all our questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Location, value-for-money, delicious breakfast. Small room.

My stay in hotel was for 6 nights (11-17 May 2025). I received room 206 while the room in front (205) was under construction. Therefore, everiday, from 13...14 until 16...17 there was an infernal noise caused by construction machines (drills, hammers, etc...). I didn't understand why, considering that I stayed for 6 days, not one or two, I was given the room directly opposite the construction site.

Good location. We booked a room with child bed but when we arrived, there was none and they couldn't solve the problem for a long time. Then they bring a bed and said "ok it's ready" but there was no sheet or duvet cover. When we said, they surprised and said "wow you're right" ??? Then after waiting so long -we arrived at night and would leave 8 am- we could sleep. There are no qualified personel, just some kids learning their job and try to do something.

Location & staff The room was dimly lit for studying at night, but otherwise it was fine and the lighting was adequate.
