The room is not big but adequate for asian couple. Good layout with mirrors, and places for setting toiletries in bathroom and shower areas, comfortable for use. Nice Lounge but underused Wifi has intermittent disruptions. Room could be brighter especially when curtains were drawn.

THe Hotel is perfectly located in a busy area but quiet inside. Rooms are large and full of conforts, receptionists are very nice and helpful, not much fluent in english but this does not prevent the service. To be honest, I cannot find a weak spot in the service. Possibly conditioning could have been working better but it is a minor detail, temperature was quite pleasant.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The coldest welcoming in Turkey, the worst breakfast. The room wasn't very clean and it should be renovated. The towels were worn-out, not what you expect in a 4 stars hotel. We asked for laundry service, we didn't get the prices and they charged more to wash very few clothes than for the room, overpriced.

The room was daily-cleaned, it was very comfortable with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff was very friendly! I would like to see a wider variety in breakfast, i.e. there was no fruit,yogurt or croissant-like things. I'd also like to have a more spacious desk in case I need to work on the laptop.

Great location, very quiet room, I couldn’t hear anything from outside of room and I’m a light sleeper. One towel and one pillow case had dirty marks on them, that put me off straight away. It’s also a bit tired, I bet it was a great hotel in the past but you can see the lack of investment everywhere, the worst is the bathroom, mould around the shower tray and the overall feeling that it’s not clean. The staff is very grumpy for some reason, that’s very strange to see in Turkey.

Good location in the city center of Ankara. On the street where hotel is located is a lot of bars and restaurants, but isn’t noisy inside the hotel. Rooms are well equipped. Inside the room is all what you need: towels, cosmetics, hairdryer, coffee set etc. Hotel has free parking. It could be a bit more clean and without mold in a bathroom, but for short stay it’s ok. Breakfast was fine, but not so delicious like in other turkish hotels.
