Ankara Royal Hotel

I booked a room in the hotel for my mother and sister, and they had an amazing stay there! The location was perfect, as was the breakfast (breakfast buffet with many options). Cleaning of the room (very comfortable, btw) was done every day, and the staff was not only kind, but also very helpful. Overall, a great stay at a great place! If I ever visit Ankara myself, I will definitely stay there.

All of the staff from Mr. Mutlu to the other gentlemen behind the welcoming and reception area and Ms. Yama were utterly superb! As an American expat I have traveled many places but this hotel made me feel at home. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal, too! Ever kind and helpful. Everything was clean. Loved my room and the balcony. I shall miss this hotel. ✨

Cigarette smoke in the room that wouldn't leave us even after opening the windows and staff passing perfume spray, as maybe it's a ventilator problem. Too bad for non-smokers and unacceptable for such a nice hotel.

The room was clean, the staff very helpful They were some athletes training in the corridor, it was disturbing but the staff took care of it

We only staid 2 nights It’s 4 star but feels like 3 Corridors of the hotel felt like a maze Hotel definitely needs upgrade Like the location Breakfast was good, Room was spacious & clean but bathroom was very small& bed I can feel the springs If upgraded renovated to 4 star rating

Parking is not great and rooms fairly small.

The location was excellent. The staff was excellent, our housekeeper was very helpful and kind, the front desk personnel were polite and understanding. The breakfast was the delicious and fresh. The room was large and clean. The a/c worked great. The TV was large and had HDMI to connect our laptop. Internet was fast enough to watch movies easily. There was construction at the lot next to us which isnt the fault of the hotel. The sound proof windows helped but still it was a little noisy during the day time. Also, the bed was clean but the mattress itself wasnt the best quality. If they purchased new better quality mattresses, I would give a 10 out of 10

Exceeded expectations. Large clean , well designed rooms. A/C worked great. Sound proofing was a plus. Excellent buffet with fresh brewed coffee, tea and expresso. Fresh fruits, salad, baked goods, sausages, potatoes. Staff and cleaning lady were very helpful and friendly. Location great. short walk to Tunali Himli Cd. And a little longer walk to Ataturk. Perfect for shopping and visiting the sights. There was construction during the time we stayed at the lot next door. The sound proofing helped but we could still hear the noise during the day. The mattress needed replacing. A higher quality mattress would make this hotel a 10 out of 10

We drove seven hours to get to the hotel to find out they’re refusing customers due to construction work. I’m sure they didn’t plan the construction day before and since I booked the place a night before I think the right thing to do would be not to take reservations. We got lucky people at the front desk were wonderful. They spend time on the phone and found is a hotel nearby. I would like to tank the employees and let the management know you lost a customer.

Staff were kind. Location is good The room facilities were not included as mentioned prior to the booking. Poor breakfast Balcony was as big as a finger. How would you even call this a balcony. Poor AC. Room was significantly smaller than the size mentioned. Ironing facilities mentioned and again there weren't any. Smell of cigarette smoke was suffocating even though the room was Non-Smoking. Overal this place cannot be called a 4 Star Hotel

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. The room was not very clean and there were hair all over the bed sheets.

Once every two days the Keycards stop working and u need them reset in the lobby Fridge didn't work and had it replaced after 3 days Phone didn't work and was never replaced

People working in this hotel are very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Moreover location is perfect. 100% recommandation. Nothing. Was good.
