Other than the breakfast i didn't like anything The location is really bad there is nothing around the hotel you need to walk sometime to get what you need. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, you can hear everything your neighbors doing. At the front desk they didn't explain that you need to tell them when you want your room clean, I understand that no one is allowed to enter to the room without your permission but still they needed to explain that. Also there is no one on the reception speaks English which it was a bit frustrating. There is no soup and water when you order it is not free as almost all the hotels in turkey you can take as much as you want. Overall the stay was really bad and unfortunately so dirty especially the bed there was really bad smell in the bed and sheets.

I had a wonderful time at Anatolia. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The place looked really new and clean The staff was friendly and very helpful The valet helped us with parking and with the luggage There was an elevator to the rooms The room smelled like smoke There was no top bed linen, just a bed cover and the lower sheets weren’t soft at all, they were itchy

The room was clean. Location was calm. Small room. Bed was not the most comfortable but it was okay for a one night stay. Keep in mind that check out is 12pm not 12:30pm as mentioned here on booking.

Staff members were nice. Breakfast was good and location. Cleaning the room was poor. Too much noise in the middle of the night! Staff didn’t know enough English. The toilet bowl was not cleaned in week of stay! The light switch was broken and kept turning off.

The beds were comfy. And that was all. Bad internet reception and the receptionist was rude, we booked two rooms, the first one smelled cigarette, the second one smelled like a sewer.

Location was good Room looking worse than on photos. Staff asked for more money during booking because they didn’t see second person in the room in booking. Rooms were super thin and you can hear everything from different rooms and from outside. Ordering anything from restaurant took around 40 minutes because no one wanted to speak with us. Staff couldn’t answer most of the questions about the city we asked although very simple. Bed was very uncomfortable and my back hurts. Restaurant taking 2x the price from the menu of what we ordered to the room.
