Location Staff and it was very dirty Construction is going on. Not relaxing. Very noisy

Personnel WiFi too weak and sometimes no signal, shower too small and water goes out to the floor, o bathroom fan, windows not tight and noise from the street came to the room,

Location was ok Room was too small , we booked a twin delux room, but the room was economy When we asked about the reason, we couldn’t get a logical reason The hotel charged a delux room We asked for refund, but we couldn’t get!!

Checked in very late and asked for 30 minutes extra on the check out but they asked for TL 500 despite that we have requested a late check out at the time of booking

The hotel is located in the area with some restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room wasn't that clean. There were some stains but it was okay for me because I didnt really care. The thing that I didn't like is that there wasn't a blanket but rather I got a big towel with which I could not really cover myself. Also some of the sockets didn't work.
