Very friendly staff. Helped setting up the wifi access, after our code didn't work. Room was slightly 90's style, even though everything was clean and in order. Complimentary water in the fridge. Location quite close to the city center, with many restaurants, supermarkets and even a mall close by. Accepted to keep our bags for some hours after the check out. Wifi code setup could be more seamless, even though the staff promptly help getting access.

Not sure why this hotel is only 3 stars. I would rate it at least 4 stars. It was a very good stay in central Ankara, close to transport and major city centre attractions. Staff were very friendly even though they spoke very limited English and the breakfast spread was a welcome surprise - something for everyone really! The room was full featured with everything working, and great Grohe tap and showerware to ensure a comfortable experience. I'd stay there again without thinking twice! Can't think of anything.

Location and bathroom. We were very dissapointed with this hotel as it looks very tired. Facilities are old, walls are dirty and rooms are small. Not comfortable at all. Elevator can take max 3 people or only one with laguage. Breakfast didn't have lot of options. In the room, there is no coffee and no small shampoos like in official photoes. So, don't be fooled by professional photoes posted on sites, as reallity is totally different.

good room size, nice location near to city center but in a quiet street. airport bus available near by 24/7. can improve the breakfast menu

The room was clean, it was VERY close to the city center on foot, housekeeping came by everyday, the roome service prices were reasonable, the SPA was clean, very close to bus stations and metro stations as well. The breakfast was terrible, always the same items, it didn't taste good, was too oily, there was no fresh coffee only instant coffee and creamer, the tea tasted bad, the staff didn't speak English or Arabic, it was so hard to communicate, the triple room was toooo small for 3 people, they charged me more than I used in the minibar but I couldn't communicate that I didn't use them so I just paid.

A nice hotel in Ankara. The staff are great, the facilities are good and it really made my stay in Ankara convenient and better.
