Nice property located in the center of Ankara, close to all the main attractions. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, shops. The bus to the airport is also 5 min walk from the hotel. The room was good, confortable, and has a balcony. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The wifi was very fast as well. I spent three nights, and the room was not cleaned once. There was a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the stay.

The room had a bad smell. It is actually not a good hotel in my opinion, but the breakfast and the location make it forgivable

The hotel is a 1 star hotel. Nowhere on the facility it says 4 stars and it is for sure only 1 star hotel with the rate of a 4 star hotel. My shower was broken. The toilet was broken and it is a very small room.

I reserved it for my mother, she liked it very much. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. The facilites were very clean. Everything was really good.

Excellent value, friendly staff, very good location in the center of everything. Breakfast (good buffet style) and parking were included. Our room was very nice, faced out to the back (so was quiet) and was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable too and the bathroom was clean. Paid just under 60€/night and would stay again at that rate. The little "balcony" outside our room was not very well maintained or clean, but that may be more of a problem with the polluted air and less of the hotel.

The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking. The bathroom was stinky with mold everywhere. I m so disappointed.

Near the city center! The only girl in a a front desk was very nice and friendly. She helped me by sending people to my room to fix the TV. Another lady, in the kitchen area serving breakfast was very friendly and welcoming! Decent breakfast, but the food that supposed to be served warm, was too cold. The smell of sewage on the fifth floor and in my room was very bad. I tried to let the front desk staff (RAMAZAN) know, but he ignored me.

Receptionist Memduha was very helpful and helped while I was struggling with Turksih to navigate locally. Great value for money given the central location and near TCDD station.
