The staff is amazing, the manager is super friendly and always tries to help with anything he can. you can see that he genuinely cares about you. Also the general feeling the of the motel was very homelike, with the design, small yard and kitchen. I really felt like I was coming home when I came back during my stay Honestly, for the value I got. It is hard to imagine anything i could improve. There was only one moment when I thought it would be great if they offered some tea. But I never really asked so they might even do it.

Thieves I left my rings in the room. Ibe asked ober multiple days now about them and they are refusing to respond. Just take the tourist items for yourself i guess. These were given to me by my GRANDPA!! Im shocked you can sleep at night

The price was affordable/budget-friendly. Safety & Comfort: The room was freezing cold (felt below zero), and the temperature control/AC was malfunctioning. Facilities: The shower was broken, and the kitchen was filthy/unhygienic. Staff & Noise: Completely unprofessional behavior. The manager hosted friends (soldiers) in the common area who played loud music and scrolled through Instagram without headphones until 5:00 AM. Management: When I complained about the noise, the response was dismissive ("That's just how it is"), showing zero respect for guests' sleep.

Central location: lots of shops, restaurants, and bars just a few steps away. Low price. Could be okay for a short stay. The hostel is not well-maintained and could have been better cleaned. Some facilities are in a poor condition but it looks like nobody cares: for example, changing shower hoses and water taps in the bathrooms could be cheap and easy. I would also suggest buying new towels and bedsheets, which wouldn’t cost a fortune but could much improve the service.
