I payed for taxi service to the airport when I booked and I paid extra and when I arrived they said we don't offer taxi to airport. I told them I paid for it and they ignored me.

First of all, I would like to emphasize that they do not deserve the points on Booking in any way. The hotel is very old and uncomfortable. Not to mention the breakfast at all. They serve chopped vegetables from the evening and a very limited breakfast. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel are boring in the truest sense of the word. I strongly ask the Booking staff not to present such hotels with high points. It is clear from the pictures what I mean.

It was clean and warm. Breakfast was OK.

It was a large room. Smelled the smoke of previous guests. Bed was not too large. Location is perfect near Kizilay. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
