Only staff Everything was wrong except the hotel staff. The hotel always smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all and always smelled and could not be cleaned. The breakfast was at the level of a three-star hotel. A very ordinary three-star hotel.

Excellent central, but quiet location. Clean room, good bed and fridge. Staff very nice. Shower was in a bathtub with very high step from the floor level. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I loved how friendly and “at home” all the members of staff made me feel. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Dirty curtains

The staff, brightness and clean,.the hotel was spotless and the breakfast buffet was superb ?. Nothing I didn't like and everything was perfect.

- You can clearly hear the neighbors making love - poor but not bad breakfest was included I was totally tired, because I couldnt sleep well: - AC was working very loud (i think the fan is broken). - Spring mattress - Loud sewerage, you hear your neighboors flushes - And not only flushes... - Poor thermal insulation of windows In addition: - A bathtub has no plug what makes the bath useless - Got wifi password on the second day, because the log-in system want working properly - When I asked how to use the bus, I was told that there were no buses and I had to call a taxi. In the end, Google Maps plotted a route with the exact time and I successfully got there by bus.

The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Clean rooms nice vibes and very calm atmosphere. Super convenient for the price.

Staff is cooperative, kind and helpful. The location is very good near Markets and shops. The basic requirements are available. AC, WiFi, hot showers, water and mild good breakfast reference to value for money. It's preferable as recommendation to attach ketel with coffee and tea bags to be available in the room. Equipment need to maintainance like mini bar freezer.

Service and cleaness Expected little more spacious. I think double room made by them temperorary to Tripple sharing room.

The Manager and the staff welcome, presentation, assist and guide. The 4 star Hotel needs to upgrade to satisfy the guests example the towels are old with holes, reception seats are torn up and need to polish, the bar is closed, restaurant is closed except a breakfast buffet without sausages. Front sign hotel needs pressure wash, reception lights to be on daytime. The owner need to take these steps to attract new guests.
