Hotel Abro Sezenler

Unclean room, bathroom. A lot of holes in the walls, espeacially in the bathroom. unconfortabale pillows. The shower was dirty.

It was very dirty. I could see hair in the rooms, and the bathroom was super dirty, also i could see some left shit in the bathroom, the cover sheets were very dirty, and the heater didn't work, i would never visit this hotel again, the staff doesn't even speak English and it was hard to communicate. The chef of the restaurant was super rude. I asked for tea using Google translate , and once she knew i was arabic she was very racist and she was very rude.

Avoid at all costs. The property looks terrible from outside. Sealed by police and the manager did not care to inform us. At 3 am we had to look for another room.

Everything is terrible! Only the location is good. Everything was horrible.

The building itself and the location of the hotel are excellent. We didn't have any closet in the room, we had nowhere to leave our clothes. Breakfast was the same every day, if the pillow was better, maybe we wouldn't mind the bed being uncomfortable for a short stay, since everything is close, it is bearable proximity to all Ankara attractions

Please my room was like a prison cell, no window, Don't even get me started on the bathrooms Omg, I don't think there's enough room here to write all my thoughts and bad experiences about this place

It was very cold at night

I clearly told them they were lying to their guests and it was obvious they were just trying to make more money. This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com because they are violating the platform's rules and guidelines. They advertise one thing on Booking.com but provide something else upon arrival, then demand additional money to change the room. Finally, they changed my room, but of course, they charged me for it. I couldn’t stay in the room without AC in the mid-July heat.

Good location-not far from kizilay and metro station, migros jet right next to the hotel The room was pretty spacious Hair dryer was working-its used but still working Breakfast included, although i havent eaten any First morning and a wall drilling wakes me up, thats not what i wanted to wake up to.. Same day there was a problem with hot water Bed was big, but so uncomfortable, it had popping bedstrings there were some broken furniture parts it was way overpriced to what it offers

Breakfast was acceptable and lacation was good. Staff at the restaurant and cleaning were good but reception not. Bed was not good and reception did not provide even hot water.

Location Room was not cleaned, plenty of dust and hair on the floor. There was no warm water under shower :( it was only warmish water for 1 minute and then it was gone :(

24/7 check-in, breakfast I arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning because I had taken a night bus before. The receptionist did not speak English which was an issue in the first place. The room was not clean at all when I arrived, there was hair in the bed and the small shower gels provided by the hotel were half-used when I arrived. I am very convinced that the room was not cleaned. The shower was missing one door.
