The only issue is that some of the staff, especially in the spa, don’t speak English very well.

I've had my fair share of hotel stays and I can confidently say this hotel is at a whole different level. The staff (and I literally mean EVERYONE) take care of you as if your satisfaction and comfort adds to their lifespan while keeping a very positive , can-do attitude. The location is very convenient, the rooms are nice and clean and all but that's all logistics. Nothings comes even close to the experience provided by the staff. My compliments to the hiring team, good job.

All of the staff was very helpful and accommodating, rooms great, internet on the level as was the in room entertainment (TV with chromcast)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — they were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely warm, which set the tone for the entire visit. The room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. It felt like a little oasis in the heart of the city. I was especially impressed with how quiet and peaceful it was, despite being in such a central and convenient location. Everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the sauna. It was clean, modern, and a perfect way to relax after a long day out. It really added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great location, superb facilities, and most of all, a team that truly cares about its guests. I'll definitely be coming back! While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few disappointing aspects. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, some of the extras felt overpriced — for example, a simple coffee at the bar was over 8 euros, which wasn’t a pleasant surprise. I also noticed that the printed menu listed prices that were significantly lower than those on the digital menu, which felt a bit unfair and misleading. A bit more transparency would go a long way.

Everything was good except the pillows which were too soft。Touch controls for lights and air conditioning take a little time to learn, but are easy Both pillows were too soft, even though I stacked them, I didn't sleep well.。

The upgrade with a spa bath in the Suprior room was excellent. The noise from the street and how noisey the underlay on the bed was each time you moved.
