The staff allowed us to use the room before check-in time. We had an international flight and arrived around 6am. - The smoke smell of the room. - The noise as it was on the last floor. We could hear the birds walking on the ceiling - The party on the hotel on the back - we couldn't sleep. - the fact the staff doesn't speak english - old furniture a little bit broken.

The staff was ready to help and support. The property is located in the very centre of Ankara with very well connection to public transport. Good breakfast.

Helped me to check in 2 hour earlier. There were no tissue in room and in bath.

Location is great, staff very attentive and helpful. Exchanging Euros/Lira could easily be done in the hotel with a good exchange rate. Room was spacious and clean. Beds sadly were uncomfortable, the pillows were extremely hard. At arrival the room smelled very much like cigarettes which thankfully went away after 1/2 days with open windows.
