They cancelled my stay because they didn’t like the deal i got on booking and refused to give me another stay

Aged, old amenities. Even a nonsmoking room still maintained the characteristic odour, impregnated. Rooms are small, in pics they look much bigger. Disappointing breakfast, meats resumed to one cheap salami type.

The room was clean. The stuff was very polite, but when they park my car, they parked in the wrong area and they backed it up and the bumper got stuck. they charged us for the web bar and we had no knowledge that it was going to be charged

We booked only for one night so we didn't try the breakfast so 9 stars but room was clean and staff is helpful. Reception women (female staff) should not gossip about guests, especially young ladys (in my case). Also they shoulf greet ALL guests.

Great location, near the centre shopping centre, buses and taxi stand down the road. Lots of cafes and mini markets. Very attentive staff and amazing breakfast and spacious room. Towels are changed daily. ? Obviously, smoking is allowed in the rooms. Therefore, there was a slight odour, but opening the window helps. ?

The staff are professional and helpful. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast has many choices delicious. In walking distance,you can find a shopping mall, nice restaurants and coffe shops. I would like to stay again..
