Reception stuff. Close to restaurants and bars. Hotel lost booking payment, offered to pay again. I have demonstrated my transaction from credit card, they took picture of screen and later sorted out issue. Not really pleasant situation during check in. No room service - had to go to nearby restaurant to get burgers for kids to eat.

I like the room unique old style ,staff were helpful and they try their best to understand my request I really appreciate their cooperation I didn't like the area around the hotel tens of pops and clubs for family is bad choice. All night loud music till sunrise the hotel without any facilities as my knowledge

I booked two rooks the suite and standard double room that was suitable to disabled person using a wheelchair. I found both rooms fit for purpose. The suite was very spacious, with a dining table and sofas for all three of us to enjoy time together. glass bathroom doors - this was not ideal when sharing the room with other family members. It’s not a problem for couples.

The only downside of the room was the smell of cigarette, although when I mentioned that to the staff, they immediately changed the room!
