This is not a 5 star hotel, at least not by European standards, especially in terms of the bathroom (size and amenities). There is no paper city map available at the reception.

The location was good as it was near to where our friends are. But the bed was far too soft and it gave us a backache as a result. Also. The room was far too hot and it was no way to reduce the temperature. We had to call the reception to ask them to send a fan as we could not sleep. The technician could not solve the problem and there was no fan available. He could only opened the windows which had double glazing to let in some air, very disappointed since it is considered a 5 star hotel. Secondly, we were disappointed as the staff made an issue when our friend came to visit us. We invited him to our superior deluxe room so that we could catch up but was told he could only stay for an hour despite him handling over his particulars. There was no intention of him staying overnight in our room as all we wanted was some privacy to talk. There was nothing written in the hotel Terms and Conditions that we are not allowed to have our guest in our room.

The first room was dirty, the second room smelt like cigarettes and the third room was with view to the fire escape stairs and a wall. Rude staff that don’t speak English in the spa and roof restaurant. They charged us for using the swimming pool and sauna 700 TL/person. Whirlpool wasn’t working, pool was cold and steam room was without steam. Only 1 of 2 saunas was on.

It is clean. Location is good. It is getting old. Room service wasnt sufficient. No enough paper cups, teabags, etc. bathroom facilities are not well maintained.

Good location I paid for upgrade room.But they give me standard room.There was a problem with wi fi internet.Instead for solution they offered me to downgrade my room where they have Wi-Fi.That’s why I had to turn on my roaming internet which cost me extra expense.

We stayed in room 723. It was a perfect King bed for 2 adults and 4years old kid. Check in was smooth. Spa was outstanding. Steam, Sauna and Hamam. Service was 10/10. Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good. Everything was perfect except two things. Many dont speak english and they dont have lactose and gluten free options for breakfast.
