Although the rooms and hotel are very outdated/dirty and look nothing like the pictures the staff was helpful and tried their best to help. Unfortunately even the best they could do did not live up to the standards of Indonesia budget hotels/home-stays. The hotel made some great pictures of their rooms and few years ago and is still living off these old and amazing pictures. Don’t expect to get what you saw online. The rooms are outdated, dirty and smelly. Although the staff is helpful there is only so much they can do to make up for the lack of years of maintenance and cleaning. I’d recommend to stay elsewhere as we checked 4 different rooms to get one that does not smell like smoke. The sheets were so dirty we needed to ask them to be replaced and got less stained sheets in return. Rooms: The rooms smelled like they are being smoked in, the sheets (of 4 different rooms) are stained with holes in them. Also the bed had hair in them and the mattress and pillow are very old and need to be replaced. The walls are dirty with mould and some small cracks. The bathroom has not been properly cleaned in a while and has white staines all over the mirror, floor and toilet. There were even little worms in the bathroom drain. Walkability: Next to a busy road with limited to no sidewalks

I didn't like anything, it was the worst hotel in my life. Please read reviews on google maps. I don't understand how this hotel has a rating 7+ on booking. Everything was bad. - No wifi - 30y.o. mattress, bed sheets smaller than a bed and your legs legs are just on the old mattress -No towels -No soap -When you take a shower it starts to smell pee. Disgusting. - No light. Really like in a cave - It has bed bugs, all my back and legs were bitten Photos don't match the reality! I stayed in hundreds of cheap hotels around south asia, this one is the worst. I paid for 2 nights, but ran away after the first night. Believe me guys. I hope I read someone's review before.

The room is not as clean as advertised. Skip! Request to change rooms 3 times and all 3 are equally bad. Had to check out the first night itself. Very unpleasant experience with this hotel.

I hope they can improve the service, it is a place with a good location and spacious rooms. I booked for four nights and was only able to sleep one there. The place smelled of cigarettes everywhere, when I arrived it was not clean. In the morning I got up and started cleaning the floor of the room, under the bed I found cigarette butts, papers and bottles. His staff responded very well and was willing to understand what I explained to them even though they spoke neither English nor Spanish. The facilities are unfortunately not maintained.

The staff are kind and polite also helpful. Noisy of teenagers next door.

The staff tried to be helpful & accommodate my requests but only 1 person spoke a bit of English. 98% of the staff knew no English. The entire hotel was disgusting, so dirty, so old, mold & mildew all over the bathroom, the hallway floors & stairs were soo dirty with hair and other debris, as though they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My bathroom towels had a bad smell, the sheets had stains. The internet did not work 95% of the time. It is located in front of a very busy street. The pictures on Booking are old, this place is very very outdated and dirty and old, it does not look like the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE

one of the worse I stayed at during my last 10 years of travelling. My wife chose it and she assume is good as it’s part of a chain .. very filthy bathroom, dirty mirror too, not enough cleaning products and main door wobbly not secured enough and above all DISGUSTING SMOKE SMELL in the room accompanied me during my 3 days stay. I’ve allergy and till now not sure why I didn’t leave earlier , but seems I was busy during the day kept me focusing on other priorities

The staff is helpful. Though the price is cheap, the room could definitely be cleaner. The bathroom smelled so bad and was very dirty.

I do appologize for being late for a review of this hotel due to having to go out of town, in general the room facilities are quite good although the air conditioner sometimes sounds noisy, towels are poorly maintained, a little disappointed with the room smells of cigarettes but according to the price of the room, i stay with my wife and this is the second time staying at this hotel when visiting Bandung, the staff is friendly and helpful, food can be ordered with room service, thank you.

No smoking room. Main streets nearby so you could hear all those ear-destroyer exhaust from motorbike. They also dont have concierge/locker
