Excellent location, clean, easy check in/out. Breakfast staff were amazing and friendly.

We enjoyed our short stay. We enjoyed the breakfast variety and the staff was fabulous. We stayed in a regular room with 2 beds . The beds were not comfortable,very firm. The caulking around the shower area needs to be replaced it has mildewed over time and now looks orange.

We had some big thing hanging out of our wall- I took a picture and went downstairs and was told it was for the TV. I told them never mind, don't come up. Our rooms had hair and crumbs on the floors. The downstairs "store" had towels all over the floor and minimal options that were of course wildly over priced.

We enjoyed are stay at Tru. Everything was excellent to include the breakfast, staff and cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location. Plenty of unique restaurants in the area.

Showed up at 7:30pm and they gave away our room. They offered no apology and no help in finding another room elsewhere.

One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.

Very clean!! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout curtains were amazing in the morning and breakfast was good.

I’d never stayed at a Tru before so did not know what to expect. It was nice but very bare bones, no closet, coffee pot or clock. The toilet was running because the handle was sticking straight up so i fixed it myself. There is no way housekeeping could have missed it. It was extremely expensive for what it was. I’ll avoid it next year if possible.
