I felt like the beds were wonderful. A lot nicer than most places that I’ve stayed. However there was no soap in the shower. And there was food left in the refrigerator. also, also the elevator if you’re looking at them, the one on the right side was terrible noise. Made me afraid to write in it.

The hotel only had one person on staff when I checked in. Once he arrived at the front desk, I checked in to my room, I went to my room and turned on the TV and it didn't work, I went downstairs again and the front desk employee was absent helping another customer, when he arrived I told him about my TV not working, he said they were 100% booked and didn't have another room to offer me so he asked if I wanted him to check it out in the room, I said "Yes". He came to the room and confirmed it didn't work and he would leave a note to have someone fix it. I told him "I won't be here tomorrow and that doesn't help me tonight". He stared at me not knowing what to say, so I said "Since I'm not getting everything I paid for I think a credit of some amount should be considered" He said he couldn't make that call but would leave a note for his supervisor. You can probably imagine, I haven't heard a word or been offered any discount for my inconvenience as of now. Either the follow through from the one employee on staff was poor or the supervisor doesn't care enough to apologize or doesn't care enough to issue me some sort of reimbursement for my inconvenience.
