Very basic extended stay property but just right for my purpose and the cost.

Common areas are filthy and has no cleaning option for rooms

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet wasn't accessible the entire time I stayed here..I was located near the back door that was extremely loud everytime it closed which was all day and night. There were alot of random people drinking alcohol outside the back door.

Exceptional

Door fell apart upon opening for the first time. Walls were paper-thin - so we woke up when anyone above, below, or beside us got up. No curtains to block the morning sun.

The guy who checked us in on Friday night June 12 was amazing. Beds were nice. Room was clean and we were taken care of for the most part The lady who worked Saturday night was rude and unhelpful. We tried to trade in for more towels at 10:20 am and could not get anyone to come to the desk at all. So we left for our tourneys came back at 8 pm she came down but proceeded to complain that it was after hours and was super rude about us needing towels for the 2 softball players to shower.

I like the quiet area, but didn’t expect not to have any pots for cooking my food. As a traveler last thing to pack was pots to cook and a coffee pot or water kettle to make coffee. Front desk receptionist mention is an extended hotel, Um I have stayed before on extended hotel that actually provide basic essentials. 1pot, 1coffee maker , sponge and soap to clean up. Providing this can potentially create more revenue. Compared to selling the pot set for $35.00. I understand some folks stay long term up to 5yrs, selling a set can be beneficial but NOT for travels staying 2nights, like cmon. We were in the area for graduation weekend.

The bed was tiny. They have a smoking floor, which is crazy! People live here. I did not realize it was an extended stay. I would not stay here again. It was also very expensive for what it was. I paid like $120.00 for the night but it was advertised at around $60.00. I will say Tim at check in was very nice and attentive.

Easy parking, room was clean no complaints.

There was not one thing i liked . I paid 402 for 2 rooms . The beds were full beds. We came in for concert got ready and never came back . I was not going to stay there. Pictures on board oking were not even close to what I was given . Aweful Full size bed . The people there . I was honestly not going to stsy . We had to get ready somewhere for a concert we drove back home 2 hrs got home at 2 am because there was no way i was staying there .

Nothing! Everything! Staff was no help and room was so bad I had leave and book at another property.

Close to interstate I had to call repeatedly to get someone to check me in. Got a lot of attitude for it. Bedding was stained, didn't feel safe, sink stopper was broken and toilet was dirty. Everything was bare minimum. Hallways were dirty. Everything was dingy and low end. I barely slept because I was scared. People kept banging on my door. Will never stay there again!!
