Temple View Lodge

The room was clean and neat. I prefer a staffed check-in rather than remote but we worked it out. The breakfast amenities were quite sparse.

Sheets were stained with something black, possibly mildew, light switch had a short, plugs were unsafe, door locks were not secure, bathroom door was almost touching the toilet, no staff on site for assistance, had to call twice upon arrival just to be able to get into the room.

Good location and good, clean room. All the conveniences you like in a hotel room: tv, storage closet, microwave, mini fridge, sitting table, AC, and separated vanity sink from tub/shower. The shower/toilet room was too small. The toilet was too close to the door and I was essentially cuddling the door while sitting using the toilet. The continental breakfast was minimal (mini doughnuts, muffins, 3 kinds of cereal with milk, and various juices in the fridge, along with coffee options). The electronic locks were kind of nice to not have to worry about a key card, but strange in the same sense. I attached some photos of the office/breakfast room since there wasn't any from previous reviewers.

It was a clean and maintained room. There wasn't anyone one on site to answer questions and they advertised a continental breakfast but that was not available any morning of our stay, with no advance notice it was not going to be provided. The communication was nonexistent before we arrived and the only information on how to access our room was a sign taped to the door with a phone number to call. We will not stay here again because of poor business practices.

We were not able to have breakfast due to how late it opened. Great location. Uncomfortable beds and uneasy feeling

The location and ease to get there. Every question was answered quickly and accurately. We enjoyed our stsy. Size of room, amenities like, tv shower, extra pillows and cleanliness.

Wendy was awesome! I appreciated her quick responsiveness! We booked the room literally hours before we arrived so it was understandable that the housekeeping staff hadn't put the extra bed in the room yet. When we mentioned it to Wendy she took action right away and brought us the extra bed. Thanks Wendy! You rock! I gave the facilities the second to the best score because we could hear the kids in the next room late at night. Not that big of a deal and the room was so nice otherwise! Also, the beds were bouncy so it was helpful that we didn't have to share a bed.

Cute little place to stay, just right for our quick trip to Ephraim.

This is a nice basic motel. The bed was comfortable. The room was large and it had all of the basics for a comfortable night. The price was very reasonable.

No staff on premises. Had to make phone, person on phone very polite and fixed the issue immediately.

Parking was easy, staff was friendly and the room was clean

Very clean room; excellent bed It didn't have a plunger so I could fix the clogged toilet.

We didn't use the TV or the internet. It is a pretty town.

Great views of the LDS temple The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers kept falling off the bathroom wall and didn’t work properly. Around midnight, the smoke detector started beeping every few minutes. We tried to remove the cover but couldn’t, so we called and texted the number provided for help. It took quite a while to get a response, which made for a very short night of sleep. The next morning, a large goat was outside the hotel jumping on guests, trying to bite them, and eating their belongings. One family with a baby even had to wrestle the goat to get safely to their car. There were no employees around during any of this. When the hotel later reached out to ask about our stay, I mentioned these issues. The response was that they were “out of their control.” Even if that’s the case, the combination of problems made for a poor overall experience.

The location, free breakfast, was clean and meet our needs. Outdated and old, plan without decor, uneven walkways to room.
