Ann Arbor B&B Inn

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast. I wish we found this gem long ago. Great location. Staff is very helpful. The food is wonderful. All the accommodations were above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

I am staying there again when I drop him back off for the Fall Semester!

Loved staying here even though it was just one night! Would absolutely stay again! She was helpful & friendly, we loved the uniqueness of her place. LOVED the sheets & pillows on the bed…I want them for my house!

The owner was very communicative, the place was very cozy and cute. Breakfast was delicious. I plan on staying here in the future when in town for work. Everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect being close to the university and downtown. I could walk everywhere. The host is wonderful, friendly and helpful, and knows the area well. Breakfast is plentiful and the host offers variety. The dining area is bright and sunny and there is a large balcony with many tables overlooking the lovely garden. I had one of the smaller rooms, and used the dining area to eat some take out dinners as well and was made welcome there. Unlike a vacation rental, which i have recently given up on, it had plenty of hot water and an inner spring mattress. And lots of little touches like boxes of tissue, a snack basket, real mugs with the coffee/tea maker, etc. I will stay here again when i come back to Ann Arbor.

an individually charming establishment with a homey feel and an incredible on-site host (Shannon), turning a stay in Ann Arbor into a complete destination. The location right across the street from the UM campus is unbeatable for anyone there for UM. The included breakfast was fantastic. Laundry was highly convenient for any road trip warrior. Beds were plush. Good sized fridge and microwave in the room. I'd rate it 11 if I could! not a thing! Love this place. The entire reason we stopped over in Ann Arbor for a repeat visit!

This place was perfect, it truly felt like home. Great location, amazing staff, couldn't have asked for a better stay. Delicious homemade cookies too!

Shannon was so nice and accomodating! The vintage toys add a nice touch and we felt very welcome.

It's a warm and comfortable stay in a great location, right on the U of M campus. Shannon is a wonderful host who took care of all our requests. We stayed in the attic which has a comfortable large bed, excellent heating and lots of electrical sockets for all our devices. Will definately be back again.

Lovely little B&B with comfortable rooms and interesting decor, and the owner Shannon was so nice and helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
