When they say pets welcome they should say no cats I traveled 2 hrs and didn’t have a place to stay and I would like my refund

I thought this was a very well managed hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff! Excellent location! The room I had was disappointing because it had a view of the mechanical central corridor which was ugly and loud. The hvac system inside the room was also very loud and only turned it on when it was too hot to sleep without air conditioning. Just beware of the room that you get and try to have a view to the outside!

I couldn't find a thing wrong with this Hotel. Perfect. $38 fee to park my car. I received my car and keys but no bill. The I ask the girl if I owed anything and she said no, all set. I had assumed that it was part of Hotel bill but definitely not.

Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night.
