The University grounds are beautiful, very well laid out and very well maintained. The staff of the hotel are helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with our initial room as the aircon didnt work but the receptionist gave us an alternative room immediately. The room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels The seating areas were very comfortable and pleasant with a balcony to sit on upstairs. I would recommend the hotel to families with children as the grounds are very safe and sit alongside the beach. Terangganu during Ramadan was virtually closed but it is a beautiful city and i would be happy to come back The rooms are spartan and need freshening, the bathroom was clean but the grout needed deep cleaning round the bottom. Also the bathroom windows were ajar and wouldnt close. The fridge in our room had its plug taped off with electrical tape so we couldnt use it but we had access to our granddaughters room so we used hers instead. We came during Ramadan which made it very difficult for us as all the food outlets on and around the site were closed, however we found a food outlet in a Mall where the food was amazing so just ate there everyday. Grabs were plentiful and very cheap so getting around was very easy

I like Marmoris overall. The staf is a part timer student and was very helpful. He helped me get a room beside my friend's room after I checked in to the other room. That means he had to clean the room that i have used for about 3 hours just to fulfil my request to stay beside my friend's room. Definitely will stay at marmoris again whenever i come to terengganu It is good if marmoris can provide air conditioning at the waiting space on the second floor
