Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection

My husband and I was there over the weekend and we paid for a King room. They gave us a two double bedroom which was unacceptable. It was on top of the air conditioner unit so I think I should get a refund wasn’t a good site we left today and there was no hot water.

Balcony was great so was the view, hotel getting a little old needs some room cosmetics, location great

Top notch staff from the front desk, housekeeping and valet. My only real complaint was the early AM construction in the hallway. But all the workers were friendly and courteous to me passing by to get to the elevator.

Best place to stay on the harbor close to downtown. Great dock area with drinks and dining. Wonderful experience ⭐

Rooms are clean but smaller side for what they are charging due to building being older. Great location. Restaurants and bars on site are one of best spots to hang out so didn’t have to go far, they had 3rd fooor rooftop lounge and new restaurant on first floor. Another New Mexican restaurant on first floor also- all on the water with beautiful views.

If they place you in room 408, do yourself a favor and just leave. For the price you pay, the quality of our room was disgusting! First thing we noticed when we walked in…the water in the tub was running. We tried to stop it, the tub had a hole below the knob and no way to turn off the water. I asked the front desk twice to send maintenance, maintenance never came. Next, we noticed house keeping must have done the quickest clean of their lives or the bare minimum. The previous guest’s used towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Gross! And there was a white residue/cream, honestly who knows what it was, on the side of the bed. And for those with children, don’t stay here! The walls and doors are very thin. We heard every door slam shut. And of course we were right across from the ice machine room. I will not be staying there again.

Wonderful view of the water and bay. Convenient walk to downtown Annapolis and area. Room was impeccable.

When we checked in, on a humid 95 degree day, the staff lied to us and said that they were making a small adjustment and a/c was down but would be back up in an hour. Took our money, then, when we got to our room, a letter by the door said the a/c would not be fixed that day or night. Then, we found people in the lobby who said the a/c had been down for days. They just kept lying and taking people’s money on the false promise that the a/c would be running again “in an hour.” It wouldn’t even be safe staying in a room at those temperatures with no air or cooling, especially for the elderly or people’s pets. We have tried to stay at this hotel about three times over the last 10 years, and it has been a disaster every single time. We learned our lesson this time. Never again.

It was ok, for $300 a night it didn’t seem like it was worth it. The AC broke so we slept in an 80 degree room. But the staff was accommodating and comped us.

My room wasn’t ready until 4:45 and I was 1 of about ten guests whose room was not ready until at least 4:30.

The location of the property is great for Annapolis but for the amount of money you pay I would expect better. The room was a little dirty like the staff just ran through it. The bedside lamp was broke the air conditioner was a portable one that kept the room cool but was loud and obnoxious when trying to sleep. The toilet rocked and there was mold in the shower As for the amenities a waterfront property did not focus on the view leasing it out to two restaurants nothing for a guest to enjoy a view without spending $6.00 on eggs.

Wonderful stay! Excellent location on the water. Had a room with a balcony. Staff and restaurants were all very nice.

Mex fusion is a bit of a hit n miss. Corn app was soggy but shrimp cocktail is more of an awesome Ceviche with a kick. Excellent! Smash burger is thick unlike most and has a unique sauce. Winner. Drinks are fun. Bar inside was way too small (bar stools looked super cheap and dirty already) while buried in a darker poor views spot. Woke up and got closer to water. Wall separates the Italian higher end spot. Old expansive views of Pussers days are now bifricated leaving half the openess feel it had. On plus side the decor when did breakfast is beautiful. They got that side right in design quality. While only breakfast and it was fine. Omelet and eggs order with bacon it comes with 1 slice or toast. The Mimosa doesn't have fresh OJ although offered all around town in Crushes alone.This is an Autograph. Room was spacious and cool...cold even. TV fine. Again, below Autograph standard. Valet was top shelf and the text link process was money. Location better be the prime reason you lock in for the juice here. In time tbe restuarnts will likely improve.

Room was missing mini fridge and no balcony

Armada Dockside Cantina was excellent food and drinks with a beautiful view. Marmo restaurant is where they suggest we have breakfast. Went there 2 days in a row. Very long wait time, although it wasn't crowded, just to get a cup of coffee. We waited over a hour for coffee and longer for food. Did not return there for breakfast after that.

Great spot air conditioning was down most of the 3 days absolute nightmare did not comp anything 80 degrees in the room. Won’t got back

The counter people could be friendlier
