We had a great stay. It is a great little hotel and close to all Annapolis has to offer. Great people too.

Great location nicely appointed room, great paintings

Parking is a challenge but not impossible. Most parking lots and metered parking are very walkable - the time frames typically 10am - 8:30pm. We parked on Main Street - over night. A little tricky as all 3 inns only use one of the inns ( forget which ) as the front desk, you then have to do a short walk to the other Inns if you are staying there . The price point was fair especially for being in town .

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Maryland Inn. The building and rooms were in excellent condition, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was not very spacious and a felt very hot at times like the AC was not reaching it. We also found the checkin location and the parking situation difficult to manage when the city was so busy. We understood that we had to checkin in another location, but it didn’t say how difficult it was to also park in that area just to check in and then to get to the hotel itself with luggage. We found the Hillman Garage (@25/day)to be the best place to park and then walk around the city and is in walking distance to checkin and hotel itself. For the luggage, we recommend dropping off at Duke of Gloucester Street side and then going down to the garage on the left. Once we were able to sort that out, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend.

Great.location and friendly staff. Rooms aren't large but very cozy and unique since it's an older building.

Room overall A/c a little squrelly. bathtub drained very slow

First, there was a billing discrepancy that left a particularly bad impression. Expedia’s receipt clearly stated that $34.20 was due at the property, yet the hotel authorized $51.25 against my card. After contacting Expedia, I was told that an additional incidental charge had been applied to the stay and that I may have to wait 5–7 business days for that amount to be released. I caused no damage or incident of any kind, so having an unexplained extra charge placed on my card was frustrating and felt unnecessarily opaque, The room itself was also disappointing. I was not expecting to be placed in a separate building, although that ended up being the least of the problems. My room was on the fourth floor near what appeared to be a very loud central A/C or mechanical unit. The noise and vibration were strong enough that I could feel the room vibrating, which made it difficult to relax comfortably. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable and noticeably sunken on one side. The pillows were oversized and uncomfortable as well. The bathroom was in poor condition for a hotel at this price point. The showerhead appeared old and dirty, the bathtub did not drain properly, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. Taken together, the uncomfortable room, mechanical noise and vibration, poor bed, bathroom condition, and unexpected billing issue made the stay feel nowhere near worth the price.

It was empty hotel with no front desk or anything, it looks like haunted hotel. I understand it is old building but what kind of hotel has no front desk or anyone in the building.

Apparently room service is at 8am, so if you are not an early riser you will not get room service. (They were helpful when I called but guess I shouldn’t have to call each day.) 7 day stay, only two services.

Great location, slept soundly, very quiet. Bed was comfortable and room was nice. The only exception was a small bathroom, but it was clean and was fine. Nice staff too.

Only issue was water not very hot in shower but friends in another room didn’t have issue so maybe room specific.
