I thought the room and facilities were great. It was annoying that a guest was playing basketball at 8AM outside my window. But everything else was great. The staff were very nice!

The location was great, the room was very clean and the staff were pleasant to interact with (especially the staff assisting with breakfast). There was nothing I disliked.

The rooms were big. Breakfast was good. Our bed was the worst bed I ever slept in. There was a hole in the middle that you would just roll into. My husband and I slept 15minutes to a half hour at a time bc we just kept rolling into the same area. It was awful. The mattress definitely needed to be replaced!

With my actual babies and my fur baby they made sure we all felt very comfortable. It was refreshing not to worry about certain things because the facility was already taken care of it! Unfortunately the cost. That is a personal thing. I would definitely stay again though!

I reserve two rooms for me and my family. We had an amazing time and the temperature was perfect. After being outside at the beach all day. The bathrooms were small but clean and the areas were all clean a lot of fresh tiles and wash rags and the bed was also clean breakfast in the morning was very nice. They had a pancake maker cereal, and there was something for everybody, including eggs and sausage I would definitely recommend and come again easy check-in process Miss D made everything enjoyable and check out with smooth as well.

I don't know what was up with that room, but I have never been in a hotel that smelled so bad --- specifically of cat urine. It was unlivable. I lost the money and went to stay with a friend.

Second stay at this Annapolis hotel but sadly my room was awful. Extreme cat urine smell in room everywhere. Room 412 needs an entire re-do. Bed was the bare minimum for a hotel. It was very worn, you can feel the springs easily and it provided little to no comfort at all. I ended up putting the duvet cover back on the mattress and using that to help with the terrible mattress. Upon sunrise I noticed the curtains had numerous small holes on each panel. Cats. That is clearly a cat climbing and re-designing the curtains for certain. So now your black out curtains have taken on a very different look with the sun brightly shining through every cat claw hole. YAY!! And let's not forget to mention the freezer in kitchen. It started up in the middle of the night singing. I swore it was a huge machine starting up outside but nope it was clearly the freezer. So very loud that it woke me up. I should have recorded how loud it was for staff to hear. UNREAL of a stay. I will not be booking again for certain.

The room was not ready at 4 and our check in got fudged up a little later on, but the woman at the desk was extremely kind and accommodating. They held our bags and gave us a place to change before our concert. They also sorted out the check in calmly even though it was late at night when we got back and were again so kind. Overall good stay with a very clean, comfortable property.

The canceled my hotel room take all my money to a policy I did not the have. No home was able to help me.

The location was the best thing to me about the property It was very difficult to find my room in particular. Also, the room above me was very noisy based on who was up occupying the room there was a lot of running and loud noises coming from above me and I couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night because of that
