The smell of the whole hotel is like an old wooden building. I can’t bear with it - it impacts my sleep and my workout. Other than that just regular hotel in this price range.

The building itself has nice amenities, but unfortunately, the overall service was disappointing. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, and when we asked the front desk for towels, they never arrived. The front desk staff was also not very friendly or welcoming.

The room and stay were great! We always find the space accommodating and the service friendly. It is only of the only hotels in the area with suites that accommodate our family of 5. The room carpets and sofa beds need a regular steaming. They looked remarkably more soiled than last year.

Liked the room, but the toilet was toooo low. Possibly a 13” high squatty potty. Everything else was very nice. Can’t believe they changed for parking. Never Byron a Marriott property that charged. I have a handicap parking permit and I reminded them that they were not allowed to charge for handicap parking.

The room was very clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable We arrived at the same time as several other guests so check-in was a bit slow, there were a few tiny ants in the bathroom

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel breakfast was meh, its hotel breakfast. Pool was okay. As a family of 6 the best part was being able to book a room big enough. 2 queen bed room had a sofa where the bed actually pulls out from beneath as opposed to folding. Parents in 1 queen, 2 kids in the other. 1 kid on the sofa, 1 kid on the pull out mattress. Worked out perfect. Would recommend.

I likes the cleanliness and everything was stocked. Could have had more towels on the room but we brought extra so no big deal.
