Kaminos Village

Our room was more or less tastefully decorated. The outside breakfast area at the sister Iapetos was nice. The lady at the reception was really fine. Our room was right next to the road, not a busy road but still motorbikes make some noise. No view. Poor breakfast. Must use a tray and go up some stairs if you want to take your breakfast outside. And then use the tray to take everything back again. I wouldn’t have minded if I had not paid EUR 900 for three nights…

Great location very close to the port. They pick you up on arrival and drop you off on departure. Very clean. Air conditioned. Have access to their pool. Great breakfast. Liked it all.

The facilities, amenities and design. The breakfast is great made by the owner’s wife with love and attention. The location also is unbeatable being close to everything by foot.

Kaminos was beautiful and in the perfect location for a cute stay in Symi.

decor- walking distance to everything Nothing

Easy walk from the main port. Very close to everything. The reception was nice. They met us at the ferry and brought our luggage to the hotel for us. There is a beautiful view from both the front and back terrace with comfy chairs and tables. The room had everything you could need. Full kitchen equipment. Comfy bed in the upstairs loft. Great trundle bed couch. Big shower and bathroom. Plenty of places to put you things. Use of the pool and Breakfast every morning across the street at their sister hotel. Friendly staff all around. Can think of anything we didn't like.

Overall, everything was great! We really enjoyed the duration we stay in Kaminos. The hotel facilities were quite new and clean. They also informed us, we can use the pool and the bar of sister hotel across the street. Breakfast was tasty enough for starting the day. You can also order coffee from the bar, which was also good for us, as my wife is a coffeeholic. There was everything needed in the room including cutlery, dishes, hairdryer and even wine-opener. Thanks to Hotel staff, they welcomed us with great Greek Red Wine. Overall, we will definitely comeback and choose the room with spa-pool next time! Nothing at all.

Lovely location just a few minutes walk from centre of Symi Town. Clean, modern and airy accom with a lovely outdoor terrace. 2 quite steep flights of steps. The breakfast was at the sister hotel Lapetos just across the road. Breakfast was plentiful. There was a pool and bar there too for use of residents of Kaminos Hotel. I did report a broken mirror on arrival as I didn't want the owners thinking it was us. Also the shower holder was broke and needing screwing back to the wall. Neither were repaired but it didn't impact on our stay.

Very nice designed rooms, new and clean. The location is just on a very short walking distance from the harbour. Our room gave us a feeling that we are at home.

The location of the property and the design of the rooms and more generally the whole property was lovely. Good proximity to the harbor and at the same time very quiet location. We liked also the access to the pool across the street and the reception being very friendly suggesting places to eat, beaches etc and provided a ride from and to the port. The breakfast was okay, could had been a bit better. Very small variety of options and not very healthy ones.

Everything, it was exceptional, it was so lovely, much more than we even expected, the decor inside and out was beautiful and the furnishings the bed was so so comfy.

It is very central and easy to get to. There are c 6 steps up/down. Collection from and delivery to the port included. The room it well fitted out. It is a conversion of a 'cave like' building with windows/door at the front only. It is contemporary and of good quality. I would guess it was converted in c 2021. Breakfast is taken at a sister hotel a few doors away. The breakfast room is downstairs and very small. There are only a few tables in this room, and it is expected you will take your breakfast on a tray back upstairs to the outside terrace. This is OK if you can carry a laden tray upstairs. The breakfast room itself is choatic with no room at most food stations to put your tray down.
