La Trouvaille Holiday Chalets

A perfect property to stay in Mahé, we loved everything about it - cleanliness, order, location and communication with the host. Great kitchen amenities, shower, a lot of storage space. 10/10 recommend to everybody.

Perfect stay! Very clean and beautiful apartments

The owner greated us with some cold water and fresh tropical fruit and explained everything we wanted to know. Daily cleaning service, equipped with all necessities: in the kitchen there are enough pots, pans, knives, scissors, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and in the toilet there is hand soap and three sizes of towels for each. It is a very beautiful and peaceful environment. From the terrace you can see the papaya tree, coconut palms, bananas... The whole apartment was squeaky clean and everything was just perfect, even more beautiful than the photos. Beach towels, dishwasher & laundry detergent you can bring your own or rent/purchase from reception for a symbolic fee. The owner offered an earlier check-in as well! We definitely recommend this apartment but we don't want to say any more positive sides so it's not booked next time we go because we are definitely coming back to La Trouvaille!

The owners were friendly and helpful, offering great advice on local spots and activities. They even allowed us to check in outside their regular hours, which we truly appreciated. Should we be lucky enough to go back to Seychelles, we would surely stay at La Trauvaille again!

the friendly welcome and overall demeanour of the staff. The location was nice and quiet ideal for a relaxing holiday. The view from the chalet balcony was great and just got better as the sun set. There was nothing to dislike it was all good.

Exceptional

This villa was modern, comfortable, secure and so easy to be in. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. The gardens surrounding the villa are immaculately kept. The view from the balcony was stunning - to see the colours of the sea change as the tide turned each day and the sunsets was amazing. Jean, the owner, was so helpful and spent time with us telling us which places and which beaches were the best to go to. This was appreciated very much. Anse a la Moche, where the villa is located is beautiful and there are restaurants and a place for hiring water sports equipment there too. We really didn’t want to leave this villa as it is a perfect place to relax and would not hesitate to book another holiday here or recommend it.

It was a perfect stay in Mahe. Beautiful view, really really clean house. We stayed in the villa. It was just amazing! The staff was really helpful, we got guidance from the owner about the best beaches. We loved to stay here!!! If we are lucky enough to go back to Seychelles, we will choose this place again. We didn’t like when we had to leave :)

The apartment is new, well furnished, modern and with stunning view over the ocean. The bed is very very comfortable. Everything was perfect! There’s air condition only in the bedroom and in the late afternoon or evening if you stay home is not enough to cool the house. But probably it is only in the hottest months.

Very well located with a beautiful view. Good it wasn't too close to a busy road but still 10-15min from the beach. Nearby shops are good enough for daily grocery.

Everything at La Trouvaille is as shown on booking. Or should I say even better. Everything is new, clean and very well kept. You have all you need for a self-catering stay. Due to the location of the chalets a car is recommended. Every member of the team is exceptional and they are always available for everything that's needed. We recommend this amazing place to everyone that visits Mahé. Nothing.

Extremely beautiful home with a view on western coast. A lot of greenery and flowers around the property and whole view was just green. For us location was very nice, since we didn't want to stay close to Victoria. Beautiful beaches in reach of 10-15 min drive. Place worth it's price. I've seen some comments about the owners, and yes, they had their rules, but they were very transparent. Not everyone can enjoy it, but they just want to take care of their place the best they can. Small fee was blocked in case of damaging but just after checkout we got the money back. I loved the place and definitely will recommend to anyone!

Lovely modern and clean bungalows with amazing views. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the owner Jean went out of his way to give us recommendations, explain some of the plants in the beautiful garden, give us some historical facts about the islands and he even cut / prepared a fresh coconut for us. Upon arrival we found a fresh fruit basket as well as some things for breakfast in the fridge. We had a wonderful stay at La Trouvaille and can recommend it 100%. -

Nice and quiet Nothing

We love everything about the property. Marion is really helpful of giving us the right direction before we come. The chalet is so brand new and all equipment are top notch. And 1 thing, is the most super clean property so far in our Seychelles trip. Would definitely come back. Ah also their internet is the best ? compare to the rest. Nothing.
