absolutely appalling with an owner who has no service etiquette at all. the only good was eve views and the service attitude from the Zambian 23 year old who is doing what he knows is best . we asked for an early check in and was Tom’s it would be an extra 50euros - no problem. we had booked for a suit with a private balcony which came at a higher price point . however we get to something of a dump cottage - as follows - unkempt stairway leading up to the room. - bad smell/ odour - power not working - no tea /coffee etc - room not befitting a suit room not prepared for a stay at all

Raffa - the houseboy, was wonderful. He really did his best to provide our family with a great experience. The owner however is rude and unhelpful in many ways - which is a pity considering this is our first experience of the Seychelles. We won’t be returning to this accommodation, and would not recommend a stay here. No hot water in our room. Broken toilet seats. Plug points that don’t work. The property is old and requires renovations. I took a plate out from a cupboard that was filthy. The room that we stayed in had not been occupied for a while, which left it with a stuffy smell and itchy linen. As shared, the owner is rude and unhelpful too. When discussing a matter regarding payment the owner proceeded to yell at us over the phone and advised that she’d reported us to the police for leaving without payment.

not much First of clearance, there were insects all over the room, cockroaches, lizards flies etc no hot water, weak wi fi connection, and when we checked in staff asked us to move for one day to another villa cause they had private event we were tired from flight we said yes for this, when we moved there we found that in first villa at least we had wife even though was weak in second villa no Wi-Fi connection at all, you can not cook your food, to use the kitchen you have to pay 20 euro per usage, in the evening you can not walk to the villa cause there is no light on the way there, you have to have a car. you can not sleep properly cause of the noise of cats around, didn’t like the stay it’s not worth the money I’ve payed to stay there

very unpleasant conditions, not well maintained, dirty looks like the villa is abandoned. the location is amazing the facilities, the rooms, bedsheets were dirty

The view and the location. There was no WiFi from arrival till the day we left,no tv,ac was not working well and 1 bathroom without hit water.

We enjoyed the location, view and friendliness of staff. Internet connection was very weak, no wifi coverage or very weak in the room. The common living room was the only place to catch the WIFI. AC in the room was not sufficient enough. No AC in the common living room and too hot and lot of flies around. To use kitchen facility it is chargeable 20 EUROS per day. Breakfast very weak (1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage, canned beans and very small portion of fruits). I would recommend to put AC in the common living room, fix internet coverage and make kitchen facility free of charge.

It is close to the sea, quiet place, clean. When we arrived, the room it wasn't prepared, first day we had another room,and all day we didn't know anything bout what will be, there was no staff, nobody who we could talk.

Not much too be honest. The staff member that greeted us when we arrived was very polite dispute not being able to assist us much No tv in the bedroom, tv in the communal area didn’t work, no drinking water, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was poor for instance there was a used razor in the shower. The location at night was very hard to find.

Serene location, spacious rooms, pool Staff not present in case of any issue. Bad WiFi reception (only found in the living room, no water or any drinks in the rooms, no sugar, tea bags or even cooking oil, bedsheets and towels not changed during whole stay

The staff was very helpful and kind made the stay enjoyable. They satisfied our requests even allowing us to stay in the room after the check out time. It is possible to eat in the structure, the staff prepares breakfast and lunch and dinner if requested. he structure needs some works to make it return as elegant and comfortable as it once was. Some problems like broken windows and old furniture should be fixed
