A beautiful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good food and cocktails.
-
The price was high.

The charming “boutique” feel and beach environment combined with sophistication. Took a little long to check in…must be “island time”!!!!

rooms were spacious and clean and bathrooms were quite good. the balcony was well proportioned and a nice area to hang out. staff were very friendly breakfast wasn't great at all - lack of choice and very few healthy options. staff were lovely but confused and the systems seemed a bit inflexible. beach is over the road so it feels a bit disjointed and the pool area isn't much fun

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and caring staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was exactly as we expected, but the beach next to the hotel truly amazed us. It is incredibly clean and beautiful. Even when the weather isn’t perfect and there is sea grass or stronger waves, the beach still looks stunning and enjoyable. The food was tasty. Breakfast was the same each day, but there was a good and sufficient selection to choose from. The pool is excellent and very long, which is a big plus — perfect for proper swimming or simply relaxing and enjoying cocktails in the water.

The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach, supermarkets, bar and more. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The stuff was very welcoming and nice. The bed was very comfy. The fact that laundry is y and item type and not weight.

Excellent staff, very clean room, dining room and pool area. Great food as well!

The hotel was neat and clean. Everything was well maintained There was no value for money. I booked a room for 3 people including breakfast but on arrival I was told that the price was including breakfast only for 2 people and for 3td person we had to pay extra. The breakfast was 550 SCR which was absolutely not worth it. I booked many times for 3 people including breakfast and everytime the price included breakfast for all 3. First time I came accross a hotel where the price for 3 person covered breakfast only for 2.

Everyone was friendly. From the warm welcome of the ladies at the front desk and the dinner team at laroul restaurant. Just woooow ?????? Delay in water refill during meal and Kafé kreole needs to have a better menu for dinner for half board reservation

Modern and cozy, sophisticated and good mix of planta and flowers. Price of drinks…

New hotel , nice breakfast and amazing stuff

Facilities, pool, tropical gardens, restaurants and spa. Great boutique resort. Even though the location is good right in front of the beach, the capital is 30 mins driving away and taxis are no less than 300 QAR (800 SRP); an hotel shuttle would make a difference while keeping taxi services unaffected.

Amazing and well decorated hotel. The facilities were also great, very comfortable bedrooms, happy hour with jazz and an incredible well trained staff. Restaurant’s menu is very tasty. Try chicken with curry and coconut. My special tks to Rusheen, Debbie, Themba, Erica, Alston my other from the breakfast staff. At Kreole Cafe, Shah. I don’t know about the high season, bc I went there in May, but for a hotel like Laïla the breakfast needs to have fresh fruit juice, canned Greek yogurt, daily (daily cut) fresh fruits, homemade cake, keeping nuts fresh maybe inside a smaller container. It’s a good breakfast but can be better.

Should provide basic tooth brush and paste. Also provide extra towel and mattress for child.

We were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is beautiful — the facilities are modern, elegant, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful in helping my wife with vegan dietary needs. Nothing :) everything was amazing

Hotel is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and always on disposal, especially John at the pool bar. Food at breakfast was tasty as well as at pool bar. What I did not like was uncomortable bed, and window at the toilete, the light from the outside bothered me all night. The price of the water at dinner is way too high.

Nice and quite new hotel. Beautiful rooms, but avoid the sea view ones, as they are noisy because of the road in front. Nice staff with a special remark for Veronica from reception who was the most kind and helpful. Good facilities. Very nice beach across the road. All in all, good choice.
