A Old Town

It was close to markets and the manager Tatiana always helpful ?

Location is central close to Old Town. It is perfect for just a place to sleep and spend the days exploring the city. Overall it was fine, I think in terms of space for a family it was just a little tight, especially the bathroom.

Stayed in A10. Everything was great and as promised. Tatiana was really helpful and accommodated us. Will definitely choose again. Would have preferred to receive the check-in code a bit earlier.

Great Staff very help full.(Tatiana do great job), staff on vicinity are very help ful. Nice and Clean apartment, with stove,ovn,washing and dish washing machine.Almost every thing for a week stay. Location is great to walk around city, close to alot of central Points of interest and restaurance. Cats on the property are very nice and friendly :D The first day we had extra bed that was really in bad condition. (not useable, got little disappointed) Tatiana fixed it self next day with out me asking, she explained they were missing one because of alot of guests. Girls were missing make up mirror, may be more wall mirrors.

Rooms are located at the basement which makes it a bit creepy. I didn’t like the smell when we arrived.

The apartment was very nice, clean just like the pictures. The check in and out was really seamless. The Host, Tatyana was reachable and very responsive all the time and even after our check out, so thank you very much Tatyana for the lovely hospitality. Very good value for money and highly recommend .

It was very small for 5 persons.

Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the gates of Kaleici, for a fraction of the price of any other hotel. The value is incredible; you cannot beat the quality for the money you spend - especially in such a tourist hot spot. It was clean, had a washing machine, had a kitchen, good lighting, good wifi. In my opinion - the sofa bed was great, I am 1.7m tall. The sofa bed was not so good for my friend who is 1.75-1.8m tall, but it's me writing the review and not him. And no complaints from my other friend who slept in the queen bed. Two strong air conditioning units inside the room to beat the Summer heat. The receptionist (and whoever is responding to Whatsapp) was always so helpful and quick to respond to my matters. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Limited car parking at the actual venue (3-4 car spots located at the BACK), but there is always plenty of street parking available.

Very comfortable and clean place. A little bit noisy from upstairs, but I guess these were other guess for which the property owner cannot be responsible for. Pots/Pans could be in better shape. We also cooked, and it worked out. But a small update would be good, they have a lot of scratches and are bent.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and perfect each time.

Some things are not up to the mark like no soap in the lower bathroom and shower area

A bit noisy at night due to some street noise, such as cats or people pressing the buzzer to get in.

Location and parking availability was great for short stay and to explore the city Short walk (10 minutes max) to the old city. Quality of the accommodation and amenities was good. Has nice terrace /large balcony to have your morning tea (there were tea bags and instant coffee available- not always provided in many other places we stayed in Turkey) Beds were comfortable and management staff (Tatyana) was very responsive and guided clearly how to access the accommodation and on other topics that was very helpful for us arriving after long day travel. Good price to quality ratio. The accommodation we stayed had 2 levels. Ground floor with kitchen and living room and basement floor with bedrooms with limited windows /light. I'm not a big fan of basement floors but it is quite common in Turkey - so let's count it as a personal preference. For longer stay (I hope I'll do in the future) I would stay in these apartments but would prefer higher floors.

Good facility with amazing location, just a couple of minutes from metro station. I adult accessible from airport via metro directly
