Villa Italic

Location is fantastic. Rooms is quite in space enough for families. Friendly staff and helpful. Equipments of the apartment is suitable for long stay. Clean and quite place. Maybe some persons doesn't like the early check-in required or maybe some need for late check-in that should be considered to scheduled intervals.

The location was great, just outside of Kaleici and walking distance to everything, including the Tram for further stops (Konyaaltı beach) The bathroom would need a bit more love and cleaning in my opinion, shower head was broken, sink was not draining, dust on the drying rack..

Many reviews mention parking - there isn’t parking, we were first directed to park in the car park for Oscar hotel. That was no problem for the first night, but we were met with an unhappy man demanding we move when we returned the second day. Luckily the Villa Italic staff were able to offer a solution and find us a spot to park. Would recommend bringing an eye mask! Rooms have sheer blinds and stay very light most of the night

Nothing The room we were given had mold on the walls. The room was dirty and the walls were stained. I definitely do not recommend it. When we asked the management if they had another room available, they rudely said no. We stayed in an unhealthy, dirty, and moldy room.

The location was great for us, outside of the historic center but close enough to walk to. The staff were exceptionally friendly, room was very clean.

What I didn't like: the room is very tiny and it was a bit hard to get our things organized.

Location is very good. Close to Old City but accessible by car. I stayed in a studio with kitchen. Room is small but very functional and has a balcony. I had an exceptional situation: I went to meet my brothers family in Belek for 1 day, but I had to stay there longer due to family emergency, and they let me did so without charging me one more night. I really appreciate how helpful were staff and management.

Good location close to the center, nice design of the garden, very calm in the night Unfortunately, we found various cockroaches in our room on the ground floor. As we made a check-in very late we haven’t noticed them straight away and in the night we were quite terrified by this surprise. I don’t know if this is common problem in the hotel but our experience was not the nicest.

Everything was wonderful. Very quiet, great location, friendly staff. Beautiful interior Maybe add another smaller saucepan to the kitchen.

It has a cute inner yard and the room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. There’s also a parking lot for hotel customers! But the best of all was the kindness and attention of the host Ateş who answered all my questions, upgraded my room and offered me coffee and water. No “real” blankets provided, just a cover for the bed so I got cold at night (traveling in October) Couldn’t find how to switch off Lights in the bathroom while still having electricity and light in the rest of the room. Relatively weak WiFi. Especially in the evening.

The facilities looked new, it was clean, there was free parking. We arrived late at night and access was a bit difficult. Beware the room is very small - 2 people cannot be standing at the same time

We really loved this place. Will stay again for sure. Clean, greatly located, servicial staff, and excellent price. And we had a free parking lot. Maybe some walls should be repainted as they do look a bit dirty.
