Alp Pasa Fiore Garden Suites - Special Class

Perfectly located in the Old Town area with access to sites. Recently under new management and some of the replies to questions online did not match current conditions. For example not all rooms are suite and not all rooms are on ground floor or accessible by elevator. This caused an initial problem but was addressed by staff and management with an outstanding alternative.

We stayed here for 8 nights and the staff are amazing, the cleanliness of the hotel grounds was perfect couldn't have chose a better place to stay. It is just a perfect location. We will be back ?

Clean and nicely decorated, in a great location to explore the Old Town Window blind in the bedroom let in a lot of light from outside making it difficult to sleep

Perfect location, big apartment. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. It is in the heart of the old town and you will see every person outside

Beautiful place in Old Town. Can walk everywhere. So many great restaurants close by.

Good size rooms The location wasn’t great on a night as it was very noisy so struggled to sleep

I stayed at this place last year and had a great time but unfortunately it has really went downhill. The location is great, close to Hadrian’s Gate and the Old Town Harbour. Also beware of the so called “deals” or “discount Booking.com is advertising. They massively and artificially inflate the price to make it look a huge discount but the rooms are cheaper if you book through the hotel website. I had asked for a room on ground floor so that I could access outside space to smoke. Failing that, I asked for a room with a balcony. The lady on reception was rude, dismissive and just rushed everything. She purposely put me on the 3rd floor with no balcony or access to outside and then refused to look for another room. She told me there was nothing else available yet on the website it said different. I text the manager and they were able to offer me a room on the ground floor however this room was significantly smaller and cheaper than the room I was in and when I asked would the price difference be refunded, he stopped replying to my messages. Breakfast is awful slop. They run out of tea and coffee and don’t bother to replace it. The coffee machine was broken. They don’t refrigerate their wine and try putting ice in it to cool it down. The living room was dark with not much natural light. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment. Lacked glasses and crockery. Room was only cleaned once in 5 nights. They’ve also gotten rid of the pool for same reason. Filled it in and bricked it over. I would not stay again! Reconsider other hotels in the area that have better customer service.

Nothing This hotel is in excellent location but it's the worst management i have ever stayed. 1. When i opened the door after checked in, there was some water on the floor near shower cubicle, the floor was slippery, i showed the photos to the front desk boy, he said, quote, "this is very normal for us"... 2. Since the boy was reluctant to solve this issue, we decided to clean it by ourself, then we saw only one slipper in the room, we asked for another one, but takes at least one hour to bring to our room 3. After shower, the water was all over half room, When i stepped out, i slipped n fell down on the floor, i tried to call front desk but nobody ever answered my calls...if you bring seniors pls consider it is quite dangerous 4.i told the night manager what just happened, he said he will tell day manager and let me know, till we checked out, No one in this hotel care 5. Dishonesty: even i appreciate they rescheduled my nonrefundable appointment, i still feel uncomfortable when i tried to reschedule to a lower rate date but they rejected at first place on the excuse that date is full, they eventually agreed after i said i don't need them to refund difference. 6. The hotel price may go lower When the day approaching, No need to book in advance, Plus, too many nicer hotels nearby.

The room isn’t soundproof at all

Not much. Only the location. Good central location to old town. The courtyard outside the room was also very nice. The room is not as advertised. The studio is a shoe box but has photos of the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Too bad as you cannot cancel as you have pre-paid and already checked in. You have to shimmy around the toilet to get to the bed. Our sink was blocked with grime and would not drain. We checked in at 2pm and the cleaners were still cleaning the room. Checked in with wet floors and an undrained sink. No soap in either hand wash or shower soap dispensers. No coffee or tea. Asked multiple times over 2 days to have this replenished and still not done. Reception kept saying it is in hand. Wouldnt normally single this out but staff in reception are astoundingly useless. I ended up getting the porter to change both empty soap dispensers after 2 days. I accepted defeat on the coffee satchels. Management of the hotel is poor. The pool was permanently bricked over but will be opened this month... WTF. Maintenance in the place is getting out of hand and will buckle like a house of cards in the near future. I have used booking.com well over 40 times. They should remove this partner from their website. They are horrendously bad.

This place was great, the pool and restaurant area is great, a highlight! Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Also fantastic location without it being loud.

Amazing stuff, waiters, hosts everyone were very sweet and helpful, beautiful room. Were changing towels and cleaning every day. The guy in the lobby with piercing is very sweet? The only meh thing was wifi. Sometimes it didn’t work properly.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night but right around the corner from bars and restaurants. Little disappointed at the size and location of the swimming pool, appeared a lot larger on photos but I guess that's the camera lens used. I guess ok for a quick dip but didn't bother.
