Villa Citronella Boutique Hotel

Very close to the landmarks. Breakfast wasn’t what I expected

I really enjoy how staff were friendly and approaching , the atmosphere were calm and ambient specially if you travel alone the outside yard area was so chill and pleasant for having breakfast with a fresh ingredients i felt home to be honest.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great service. Breakfast was delicious and staff were always very helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Prime location, close to everything including the tram if you wanted to visit other locations as well. The area is quite noisy, as it is located close to all restaurants. This is not an issue that can be resolved by the hotel, but should be kept in mind when booking. Sometimes loud music would still be on at 03:00am. No amenities were available in the room (e.g small fridge or kettle).

Nicely situated in the old town. Breakfast is amazing. Beds are comfortable. No suite apartment, as advertised. Noisy bars around.

It was ideally located and everything was a few minutes away which was really great. The staff was always helpful and the breakfast was good too. The place was really clean.Aesthetically pleasing for Instagram lovers. There was no room service and a wardrobe to put clothes which was new to us.

The room/bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious Due to the location being so central in the old town, slightly noisy into the evening/night

Location was excellent in the heart of old town, close to the beach, also breakfast was just great. Room was tiny- clastrofobic, no tv in the room, no any place to place clothes, no bedsite or any shelfs, no fridge or kettle in the room. Only bed and lights. Very loud on the nighttime, and there is np pool- this is actually false information. No pool and when I asked for it, receptionist man said the name of "partner hotel" where pool can be used- we found akward to go to the other place ask for pool and man didn't even show us where is was.

The location is perfect, if you want to spend some time in the city center, a lot of cafes and shops nearby. The bed is very comfortable. Even single room has air condition, which is a must in such a hot weather The shower was a bit too narrow, the breakfast wasn’t very fulfilling

Property is in a great location. Clean rooms and spacious. The private pool is located at another hotel a few hundred metres away. This however does not affect the stay

The property is so small and the rooms are very tiny, just to fit a bed. The shower room is very compact and the entire property has only 5-6 rooms in total.

The fact that one of the rooms required climbing up a ladder and then being told the air con wasn’t working because our was too hot was a significant let down. The ladder itself was not safe and the surrounding hold-all areas were stuck on by glue The ladder going into one of the bedrooms which was described as a luxury room with Sara views!

The breakfast was very adequate, The owner staff were so very helpful The location was great There were a few minor issues with hot water first thing in the morning but not a big problem
