When we first arrived the room we got wasn't cleaned, they changed our room right away though! We found it a bit small for the 2, as friends traveling together, other than that it was all perfect.

The location is near everything with transportation access , Starbucks few minutes, Mark Antalya, etc.. everywhere is accessible I found a bed bug 2 days in a row- I spoke with the reception & they cleaned up. Other than this i had no issues

Good staff, helped us to change a room to a new one, since in the first one there window was broken in the bathroom so we can't close it.

The staff was good and they were friendly. But the hotel view wasn't good and the bathroom doesn't have enough space for dragging towels or our clothes. Hotel views wasn't good, and the bathroom didn't have space for dragging towels or clothes.

Room size is average. The location is good enough - close to the train and food area. Not very noisy during the night for the reason of outside noise. No fridge, but there are TV. Strange. Cleanness I'd say regularly for Turkiye, no surprises here, so - dirty. I think the shower area is a bit better than usual. The door seems like paper origin - easy to listen to everything through it.

We were staying in this hotel 5 or more times. It’s centrally located, has very friendly reception staff, everything looks clean and new. I can’t put 10 points only because all rooms are different, sometimes everything was fine, sometimes we had problems with shower or smell from insect disinfection or cigarettes. Anyway the staff is doing their best to help, thank you, guys!

The property is ideally located and exceptionally clean. The room was small but adequate for what you need. The staff are very friendly, and there is also parking. Just the mattress wasn’t very good but the price reflects this. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is great, we even came a second time. The room was very clean and the people very friendly and helpful, especially the woman (G.) at the reception. She even helped me with an forgotten item after my stay.

Location is good, bathroom and room are clean. The property stopped serving breakfast months ago, but did not inform me about that. I would probably not have booked it with that knowledge as breakfast is one of the key reasons why I booked it in the first place. They wanted to charge me an additional 20% of the booking price at the check in. I had received an information that VAT was increased by 2%, but not 20%. I showed the Email, but the receptionist kept showing me the booking.com page and saying "here this much money".
