It was a wonderful holiday from start to finish. As soon as I made a reservation, I was sent location and entry information both from WhatsApp and here. You follow the instructions and the receptionist is waiting for you with a smiling face in front of the apartment. After taking your passport and completing the entry procedures, he takes you to the apartment, explains the apartment in detail and hands you over. I read in my previous comment that the Wi-Fi was low and that there was water leaking in the bathroom, but the Wi-Fi was definitely at its highest speed. We watched the series we wanted on YouTube as a family and had no problems. The bathroom was very neat and did not leak water, maybe it had been repaired, I don't know. Likewise, I did not have any problems with the balcony doors and hinges. I think they were repaired. There are free and paid beaches in the area, a maximum of 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, a bus stop and a taxi stand in front of the apartment, most importantly, there is a WhatsApp number that supports you 24/7. You can write whatever you need there and reasonable answers come to you quickly within 1 minute at most. I can't wait to come again. Thank you again for making me experience this wonderful holiday. There is nothing. Everything was great. I hope they continue with this consistency.

Staff were very attentive, all facilities were present (detergent, soap, shampoo, etc) house was fully equipped near the duden falls and beach. The owner was kind enough to let us check out late . No noise from airplanes or neighbors. Nothing

The hosts were really friendly. Nobody came to clean for 6 days, the towels had stains, the door in the bedroom couldn't close, there was rust in the bathroom and nothing was particularly clean overall. The pool was at another property at another street and it was also realy dirty.

Excellent Very close to the beach and excelent service

The location is very good 5 minutes walk to the sea and the apartment has everything one would need for a stay like a good air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, fridge, nice balcony etc. It is not new, the window has a crack, and no hooks for towels in the bathroom, table on the balcony is quite old and not the best mattress.

Great location, very close to the beach, nice big balcony with a sea view, good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, good shower. Friendly staff, quick response to our questions All was good, but it would be nice to have some rooms with twin beds rather than double. But this is a minor point :)

The stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apartment on photos looks much better then in reality. Area surrounding the apartment block is not well maintained. When we checked into the apartment the floor was quite dirty and apartment had a cigarette stink. The carpet was stained and had a hole burned by a cigarette.Also, the check in process was poorly organised. No one meet you at the apartment block entrance and you have to go to another hotel which is 300 meters away and this is something that you don’t want to do with your luggage. Location was quite disappointing as well.

Location and the hospitality

We rented the largest Lara Suite that sleeps 13. This is a penthouse that occupies the top two floors of an apartment building. The penthouse includes four porches that face the Mediterranean, an adjacent open space park, and provide views to the Düden Waterfall. It is one block walk to the beach, bus stops, and markets. Guests can use the swimming pool at the Lara Hotel and a private beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and attractive. The staff was friendly and attentive. Staying here was wonderful for our extended family: highly recommend.

Location to the beach elevators were not working sometimes

Spacious, clean and well decorated flat on the second floor of an apartment block. Well appointed kitchen with good set of crockery and reasonable gadgets. A functioning lift & Air-conditioning in the flat that worked well added to the experience. Plenty of car parking, nearby grocery stores and a private beach within 300 meters added to the excellent experience that we had. Highly recommended. Some glitches during the key collection. The reception is actually about 5 minutes walk from the location of the block of flats where we stayed. And we drove to the flat using the sat-nav only to find the building entrance locked with no reception in site. Luckily another tourist walked out at the same time and directed us to the location of the reception. If there are pictorial reminders / directions to the reception at the entrance door, it will help the tired travellers.

The place is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice furniture and exactly like photos. It has everything needed and a lot of utensils. Beautiful views from all the balconies. Convenient location close to public transport and taxi. Friendly and cooperative host. They provided everything that we asked and were flexible regarding check-in and check-out time. Definitely recommend it and will book again.

The size and sea view of the flat and location. Overall it's a great experience. There is a nearby supermarket, and convenient to fitch food for cooking, although there are few good restaurants in the area if guests prefer not to cook. Nice beach. Picking up the keys from the main hotel is easy at check-in, but I prefer to pick up the key at the apartment to avoid the walk. Also, I did not like to go to the main hotel to pick up the beach tickets every day. These could have been arranged once by providing an "entry pass card" for the duration of the stay. There are a very small number of electricity points in the kitchen, but the manager provided a cable extension which we used to connect the kitchen appliances.

A nice apartment, only 4 minutes to the sea by feet. There is a supermarket not so far away, breakfast available at the hotel. Not so far from the airport. Personnel very helpful and attentive. The aircrafts do not disturb very much and they do not fly in the night/morning. AC in each room and a lovely view at the sea, forest and mountains! We also got tickets to the private beach from the hotel. There is also a pool available at the hotel, but we did not use it. A little bit far away from the destinations in e.g. Kemer, but feasible. On the other hand not so far from Düden Waterfalls and Perge. There are not so many restaurants and generally there is not so much going on in the area, but this was exactly what we were looking for. So if you want to make a quiet vacation at the seashore and just soak in the water - this is a good option.
