Nothing Not clean Very old hotel

We had very good time there! The hotel was very close to Old Town and the beach! It was very clean too! There was no phone in the room to call the receptionist! They didn't put water bottles in the room! Once I had to ask for water!

When we got there they tried to tell us that the reservation was cancelled and to contact booking.com about it, even though they had already taken a deposit and the payment a few hours before we arrived. I still haven’t received the refund for the deposit and when I contacted the hotel they ignored my messages.

only two men handling almost everything in the hotel. They were managing reception, guest requests, coordination, and many daily tasks at the same time. Despite the pressure, they remained polite, helpful

The flexibility and the outstanding front desk service. It for sure is one of the best value for your money out there. Honestly there is no dislikes as the pros heavily overweigh the cons.

Rooms needs a bit more of cleaning and maintenance but they are OK in general, the WiFi is only available in your room, not in common areas.

The location is 5 minutes walk to the marina Construction is underway so it’s very noisy

Location is adventegous. Staff was helpfull but manager or owner of hotel did not help about check out date. It’s not a constitutional law but only change the check out date earlier. Even I offer partial refund and penalty rate, not full refund for the days not stayed there but manager or owner guy did not accept and help. This is not a fair and welcoming behaviour.
